I gotta tell you... the JOY this kid has while cooking is such a beautiful thing. You can't help but laugh as she gets so excited over each ingredient, haha! The patience shown is a reminder that kids grow by experience - and we should let them. It's pretty awesome. Definitely will be trying this recipe, thanks so much!! :D
As a health teacher, I can tell you the bacteria love the backwash. When growing up, I was the oldest of 6 kids. We had a water jug in the refrigerator and rule was always get a glass. I always got a glass even when no one else was there. When close to 60, at a family function, I found out that all my younger brothers and sisters just drank out of the jug when no one else was there. I was horrified. No wonder I sometimes thought there were things sometimes swimming in the water jug and I would rinse it and refill it. I became a health teacher. It doesn't hurt to start good habits now. I'm the healthiest of them all even as we enter our seventies.
Rosie seems to get whatever Rosie wants without having ANY boundaries set by Bobbie who only laughs and giggles when his very young daughter calls the shots. It will be very interesting how this indulgence will play out one day when Rosie is older, I’ll bet a dollar that Bobbie won’t be laughing any longer!
I love your videos with Rose. She is so cute! and bright too! I loved it in a video when she did a "yummy run!" What a great way to teach kids about health and nutrition!
Best waffle recipe hands down...believe me, I've tried numerous recipes. These are light, airy and best of all, have a bit of a crispy texture, which is a super win! I made a Buttermilk mixture of ACV and lightly diluted heavy cream, added 1/4 tsp of xanthan gum to the dry mixture then sprinkled some crushed walnuts on top of the batter in the waffle iron. This recipe is a sure keeper so thanks Bobby for sharing this with us, health code violations and all 😂😂!
It's about teaching your daughter that other people drink out of the milk and to be considerate of others! You guys think it's funny but trust me this is when you create boundaries. Letting a kid do anything she wants only creates a monster.
I absolutely agree. The haters probably make their children be seen and not heard. Don't do that to children. Everyone will survive and the mishaps can be discussed off camera. That's what parenting is. Teaching not humiliating the child. Ya'll need to relax. Go watch someone else if germs gross you out.
@@BusyBee84Have you read the recent studies that show children can suffer life-long mental health issues from being displayed on the internet at an early age? Obviously not. A lot of food labels do not list phosphorus and I have to search high and low to figure out how much is in the foods I can eat and to plan my meals. Even Almond Flour has phosphorus. If you have any pull with the FDA maybe you could mention that more labels need to have this info. Thank you for any help you can give.
How many waffles does this make? I’m using a waffle iron similar shape to yours. Thank you! Also with this work with other flag city protein flavors I have chocolate, strawberry and birthday cake

Bobby! Love your channel! And your app! Are there any clean vegetarian or vegan meat substitutes in stores? I’d like to help my son’s girlfriend who is vegetarian to eat cleaner.
Rose is cooking for herself and maybe mom and dad, so if they don't care about the backwash neither do I. I'm not the one eating it. Same goes for her tasmanian devil cooking style. I'm not the one cleaning the kitchen. My daughter cooks well, but she didn't learn it from me, and my boys may starve one day if they don't figure it out. I tried to cook with my kids, but I am a strong type A personality and was so worried about what they weren't doing right and the messes that they made that they didn't enjoy cooking with me. They also hated it if I helped them with their homework for pretty much the same reason. They were honest about it with me. My youngest said that I made him anxious and that he was so nervous that he would do something wrong that he didn't actually learn anything. It made me feel horrible, and I tried so hard to do better. I thought that I was doing better, but my kids told me that I was not. I wish that I could have been better, that I was able to relax and remember that they were just children, and focus less on perfection because they would improve over time with practice. Like many others, I always swore that I would be different with my kids than my mom was with me, unfortunately I have come to realize that while I am a much different kind of mother than she was, I was a very bright child, I learned new concepts easily, I rarely had to study before taking a test, I was reading and writing at 2 years old, started kindergarten at 4, and was moved up to the first grade in the first week. In the 4th and 5th grades I was bussed to the local high school for math and english classes. I excelled in sports as well. So I was expected to be great all of the time. My parents did not actively participate in my education or cheer me on at my various events and games, they just expected that I would always be the best and I was punished when I wasn't. So while I am a very different parent than the kind that I had in the sense that I expect my kids to do their best, whatever that looks like, I encouraged them to try everything that they were interested in to discover if they liked it or not for example,, but the expectations that were placed on me have definitely shaped me as an adult. I don't yell at my kids for making a mess, but I am so uncomfortable around it that they know. There is plenty of time for Rose to learn things like cleanliness and etiquette. She's not a small adult, she is just a small child. I wish that I could have relaxed enough for my children to experience the joy first, and everything else later.
Princess Rosie learning how to bake is so heartwarming, Bobby is patient instead of criticizing her every error having little arms and hands needs patience and time how else can children learn to have self confidence, but with kindness and forgiveness for mistakes, better to overlook the kitchen counter mess now and get perfection later.😊
Love your videos it has been a great help, I also downloaded your app its very informative😊 Can you make yogurt? And be specific with what milk and yogurt we should use, I want to make yogurt but I'm not confident and I don't trust myself to buy the correct ingredients 😅
