Terrell had a beautiful game, nice shooter, great passer and always humble, one of my favorite Cavaliers. What made him and Mark so good was they had an awesome midrange game, something that's been lost by this 3 point generation.
@@arsonhakobyan lmao. Price has the hardest 2 % for his career the 40% from 3 and the 90% from FT. Sure he doesnt have he 50% BUT at the end of the day he has the 2 hardest nothing to complain about here
Loved listening to this, Terrell Brandon would make an amazing coach. Always felt him, Sam Cassell and Rod Strickland never get their due as top 5-7 PG's of that 90s era after folks like Stockton, Payton, Kidd, and Kevin Johnson.
Mark could do more than just shoot, he can score as well. And he played in an era of the big man as the primary option and they didnt shoot many 3 pointers back in the day but he still averaged 18 plus a game. Mark is so underrated, such a shame he hasn't been elected to the HOF.
Saw Terrell Brandon in what I think was his Rookie year in exhibition in Greenville NC, played the Utah Jazz, Price was hurt, I remember everyone being impressed with Brandon. Good player.
As massive fan of this Cavs team with Price, Daugherty, Nance, Ehlo, Hot Rod (and even Terrell later), I LOVE how he explains how Price taught him to "read" Daugherty. I was the "big guy" on every team I ever played for, but I could also shoot from the outside. Though grew up before the Garnett era. I always tried to pattern myself after Daugherty with his passing, shooting, and even working with point guards (because there was no way I could be Hakeem lol). There are ways that when you guys get a bond each other just kind of knows where the other will be, or where they want the ball exactly.
Mark Price probably the best textbook shooter ~ pure.....then Steph Curry took it to a new level.. His Dad - Dell had a helluva set rock shot from deep back in the day.

Saw Mark Price before a game just moving across the 3 point line warming up hitting 3 after 3 at the old Richfield Coliseum when I was a kid
Mark Price was Gawd Damn marksmen!!! He would kill today
Peter Tyrell Agreed. Mark was a great PG and a superb marksman.
Yeah, he was the John Stockton of The East!
He was basically Nash but with better defense & while still good, not quite the passer Nash was.
I loved Mark Price and knew Terrell Brandon was gonna be a solid pro. Glad he got his shine. 👍🏽👍🏽
Great interview. Lived in Cleveland at the time. Was a huge cavs fan. Price , Nance , Brad D. Man, what a squad
Love the truth this dude speaks
kyates I’d love to just pick his brain about the legends from a player’s perspective.
Ditto
Mark Price was almost 50 40 90 for his freakin career (FG% 47.2 3P% 40.2 FT% 90.4) !
47% is only medium close to 50% from the field, but I know he had at least 1 (if not more) 50/40/90 season(s).

One other thing some forgot to mention was that before the injuries Mark Price was not only a great deadeye shooter but that quickness. He was fast!
Mike Price man I've said it 1000!!!!!!!!!!!!! That man could shoot the ball kids gotta do they homework
Mark Price was just incredible. Dude was nasty.
@@angienatoyn And Terrell became excellent as well.

Joseph he was very good at driveling and finishing too. All around great player and should absolutely be in the HOF.
I think he basically invented splitting the screen rather than going around them, too.
Dude was basically Steve Nash before Steve Nash. Could shoot 50/40/90 and was a great playmaker.
Saw Terrell Brandon in what I think was his Rookie year in exhibition in Greenville NC, played the Utah Jazz, Price was hurt, I remember everyone being impressed with Brandon. Good player.
Terell is one cool dude and one of my favorite players.
Price was a PROBLEM before his foot problems started. Elite shooter & was the first guy I ever saw split double teams.
Definitely!

T Brandon hand salute by brother loved my late 80s early 90s Cavs
Only player I could use to get Mike unlock on NBA live 2000 Mark price pure Sharp 97 open 3 ball
2:23 subliminal message
Saw him play in college and before he got injured. Could have been one of the great ones.
Saw him play for years in Cleveland. He IS one of the great ones!
@@Davidmoss99He is. Just wasn't for as long as it could've been.
Brandon was a great player
Had Brandon stayed healthy I think Garnett's story in Minnesota would have been much different
Kudos to terrel Brandon for having awareness to make himself an all star ,too bad about that Bucks squad they had a glimpse of promise
I like what he say about rookies.
Those sweet times...
Mark Price probably the best textbook shooter ~ pure.....then Steph Curry took it to a new level.. His Dad - Dell had a helluva set rock shot from deep back in the day.
Love Brandon
Imagine if mark price had 10 to 15 three point attemps just like step curry..
The game of basketball has definitely evolved
Mark Price was an all-star, a dream teamer and he almost broke the record in the 3-point shootout.
Brandon looks great! Go RipCity
RIP CITY!!!
He said or unthank😂😂😂 gotta be from the soil get that
Unthank is beautiful park in PDX!
Zero rings zero mvps !" Where s the beef wheres the 🏆 trophy??
he was getting 32 mins a game as a rookie?
Mark price was hurt that season. Hence why the drafted him the summer before
@@basketballkingzpdx1659 i shoulda just looked it up, he avg'ed 19.6 mins a game
@@MrSTAYUP33 I'm sure , Price did return that season. He was starting from the beginning until price returned
@@basketballkingzpdx1659 ah, both of em could go but dont get much love in the history of hoops. nice work on the vid
@@MrSTAYUP33 both Mark & Terrell were 2 of the best. Unfortunately, neither had longevity.
If you think all Price could do was shoot...
