This was great! Thank you. It's been a while since I've exercised, been in a real funk and really haven't taking been care of myself. But I came across your videos a month or so ago and I absolutely love them. They have been a Godsend. It's funny, not funny haha, but I could hear my joints creaking as I did these exercises. I had knee surgery a year ago and it still hurts when I kneel on the floor. Is there a version of the kneeling stretch that I can do without having to kneel on the floor?
We are happy to hear you are pulling yourself out of that funk and back in the game! That's the first step. It's all upstream from here :) As for kneeling stretch, you could try to use a pillow or something but we don't have an alternative at this time.
You can buy inexpensive thick pads to kneel on online. This helped me after knee replacement surgery.

10 mins is too short. I'd say an hour of stretching is ideal.
Yeah, I agree. But not really realistic for most people. I don't think you realize just how necessary it is until you start aging or having back problems.

Hey guys, I've been having this weird cracky neck for a while and it feels like my cervical spine or "neck levels?" from only the left side of my neck can be pushed to the inside and they crack everytime I push them. Sometime they hurt and cause me headache even tho it's addicting to push them just to hear them crack (it's like infinite cracks) idk what it is but it's been months of it and I'm starting to be concerned and I want an end to it :(
