    I swear by these guys! I had terrible sciatic pain after a long trip in a car and I thought I would have to go to the ER but I tried their recommendations and it took it away quickly!

      They helped me to see it was the piriformis muscle for me and not sciatic. Was better in a day

    I discovered y'all years ago when searching for instructions on the Epley maneuver to help my mom with her BPPV. You offered the clearest instruction I found, together with explanations and ideas for modification if necessary. I played that video many times to refresh my understanding, and it always worked wonders for Mom's BPPV. I have returned here many times for different PT reasons, and I absolutely love seeing how you've grown this channel, yet still remain the knowledgeable, helpful, humorous, down-to-earth guys you've always been.

    I LOVE these guys. Proving you do not have to be glamorous or filtered and you can be 'of a certain age' to bring great info on youtube! These guys have helped me so much with my neck/back issues. Pain meds and bad doctors didn't do a thing but these guys and their great videos have helped me so much. Thanks Bob and Brad!!!

    After having a glass of warm milk and doing about twenty minutes of stretches before going to bed, I usually have no problems sleeping until morning. Just like a baby, I wake up without any fatigue or stress in the morning. I was told there were no issues at my last check-up.

    I referred you to my grandpa who did years of PT schooling and Teaching and all kinds of Biology. He has a injury now and I had to remind him that he needs to do his exercises! He can't get to his phsyical therapy right now but since he knows body mechanics and had been trained in it, I feel comfortable sending him your way as well. Thanks guys!

    Day 1 completed. Could not do the push ups properly but I will get there.
    Day 2 completed. I was so lazy because I have been working all day and had a mere 4 hours sleep. But I pushed myself. I still could not do the push ups or planks but I will get there.

    I love you guys! You are doing the exact same exercises that I do in physical therapy and aqua therapy three times a week. I had meniscus surgery and that is a booger to get over. Exercise helps. Thank you keep up the good works! PS: I hope you both broke a sweat, too!

    All great exercises to do easily at home, & glad you included the squat form cues as that’s very important. ONLY constructive feedback is I feel it’s better to do this in the morning, as doing this too close to bedtime can make falling asleep difficult for most people.

      A small not too aerobic workout like this an hour before bed helps me sleep. An evening walk is good too.

      You can mimic the exercise on carpet or hard floor. I do them on carpet with socks on to create a little resistance. Works great. My knees feel much better. I do this exercise and then follow it up by staying in same position and just raising lower legs one at a time.

    This was actually really helpful, although I'm 34 with 4 kids youngest being 2yrs old, I had aches and pains and after these exercises I feel much better in the morning. Thankyou Bob and Brad.

      @@helenbarrett6451 my 2 year old is very active and alot of the times wakes up at night randomly. so I'm more tired most days. But generally as a doctor in the uk said when you hit your 30's your muscle mass starts to reduce apparently and if you don't regularly exercise, you will have more aches and pains in general. it's definitely true. So since I started doing these I find I feel generally much better and am actually sleeping better when my 2 year doesn't wake me up throughout the night.

    This is more like a "start your morning" to get the heart pumping and blood flowing for me. If I did this before bed, I'd probably be too sweaty. Would also love to see alternatives for less mobile, flexible people. I always do the "clam shell knee lifts" but in bed, and found with a slight change of keeping the body straight and bend at the knees, with the feet in the back, squeeze the abs and gluts with each knee lift.. strengthens different muscles in the same areas. Love these guys videos and personalities so much!! Many thanks to you and the team!!

      I couldn't do it too close to bedtime either. But I think this would be great at the end of my workday, after I've been sitting for a while and haven't eaten dinner yet (another consideration--I can't exercise any time remotely close to after a meal). Since my knee arthroscopy years ago, I can't do anything on my knees, even with a pad--it's just too painful. I'd have to modify the donkey kicks and planks, but that's doable.

    I did 4 lots of exercises with Bob and Brad. I noticed how tense and sore every part of my body was and thought this won't make any difference.It did, after exercising I felt wonderfully stretched and relaxed.
    I wish I could say I will keep doing the exercises, but I probably won't though I will try, but thanks for the exercises and the comedy.

    I just saw this and, since you guys were doing it and timing it, decided to follow along. This is the first workout (besides walking) I've done in a few months. I also got a foam roller and some tennis balls after watching one of your back videos. It's already started to help. Thank you for doing what you do. You guys are great!

    Bob & Brad are amazing and I have a ton of respect for their work and the tremendous value they add to peoples' everyday lives. They are true heroes. Having said that, when they do air squats together it reminds me of me and my family doing terrible dancing together at a wedding.

    Great pre-bedtime routine! Of course, I'll have to make some adjustments for my 71 year-old body (i.e. no pushups!), but I'm hoping this will help with insomnia on days when I'm too sedentary. Thanks for sharing!

      They are great. I've never been to physical therapist who really seem to care or do the right things they were really just interested in money and these guys are showing us this stuff on TH-cam for free! And they're really good at it and it's fun

      @@trinitywright7122 that and some chiropractors just want money I went to a chiropractor think 12 times anyway it cost 45.00 plus my ins would give them an extra 15.00 and they used the little tool on my neck and back for only 3 minutes I timed it. I haven't been back in months. The tool thingy felt good but I don't like they only worked on me for 3 minutes.

    Curious, why do this at night, even if it is an hour before bed? Is there some type of special benefit to doing it in the evening?

      Youll continue to burn calories while sleeping, gives your body 8hrs of rest, wake up less stiff, it's easier because most people aren't as busy at night...so you'll actually do it.
      Just my best guesses.

    Yes I just bought a kettle bell and I do one exercise for 8 mins before bed .. I feel good .. yes a hour before bed .. core kettle bell swing for core .. I only did a few .. core feeling it today ,. I was surprised I only did Only mins of it

    This is so weird because I just learned today. Last night, I worked on readjusting my hips for 1/2 an hour before going to bed, and it made a huge different during the night and during the day. All I did was slow stretches that adjusted things. I don’t know why more people aren’t talking about stretching before going to bed, or specially if you have leg discrepancies and/or scoliosis.

    Question: How do you do these exercises when you have bad very painful knees?

      Don't do these, then. (See Angeles Rivera's response for an excellent suggestion, although I guess if you were up for consulting a physical therapist in real life you would already do that). You might try to find exercises that don't use your knees and build your own routine. More work researching but saves the knees although be careful what you pick and practice good form, to not mess up some other part of your body. Seated routines?

      do research on walking backwards..does wonders as far as alleviating knee pain…there’s a trainer by the name of ben patrick(kneesovertoesguy channel on youtube) that has done extensive work specifically in the area of treating knee pain via exercise really well informed and informative and his programming is adaptable to just about any fitness or pain level..check him out really worthwhile

      How's the result? Is the exercise disrupt your sleeping routine? I imagine I wouldn't be able to fall asleep after doing those..

    Your exercises seem like a pita.
    I'll suggest Qi Gong and Tai Chi.
    Depending on how I feel, I'll do either the Yang 10, the Yang 24 set, or maybe the first half of the Sun 73 Set. For cooling down, I like the basic 5 Elements Qi Gong set. For me, this is a good end of the day closure.
    Any comments on Tai Chi / Qi Gong on a daily basis?

    I have been doing the squats incorrectly and I can feel a huge difference when they are done correctly. A torn labrum has effected my balance, making some exercises difficult if not impossible, because of the pain.

    Love your video - what to do if you have really weak wrists, the push ups and planks cause me a great deal of wrist/hand pain = what am i doing wrong. Also play the flute and do a lot of crafts.

    I love their accents and banter! I like idea of a short workout later in the day/early evening. I do a longer workout earlier, but this seems like a nice capstone.

    My hip Is degenerated and I would like to find exercises to strengthen what’s left of the muscle around it so I don’t have to have surgery...You guys seem to be the best I love your videos and do all of them that I can
