Thank you so much! Incredibly helpful. And just like all your videos, the camera angle and directions were easy to see and follow. Please, please, please, do a stretch video for the upper body. We are next to a gym and we get a number of athletes. I've been shown stretches before but the steps weren't as precise and I would rather not do it if I'm unsure if I'm doing it correctly. I LOVE the bands to prevent compensation from the rest of the body. I am truly grateful for your channel.

I left you a message on the First Post. Well I too will be going for surgery on my right breast. I don't know if I need chemo or radiation but I will not take neither. Anyway stay in touch with us, and when you feel better and feel up to it, you could do a video from home so we can see you. You are so missed.
