Loving-kindness - unconditional love - is not just a philosophy but a practice that can completely change the way we view life. Would you like to explore how cultivating loving-kindness can lead you to a happier life, reduce conflict, and build better relationships?"
When meditating, does your mind sometimes feel like it's running wild with endless thoughts? What if, instead of fighting them, you simply watched them come and go without judgment? How might this shift in perspective help you embrace the natural flow of your emotions and create a sense of inner calm?"
Do you ever think of meditation as a journey to uncover your deepest truths, not just a moment of relaxation? How could every breath you take during meditation be a step closer to truly understanding yourself, changing the way you interact with the world and everyone around you?"
"Peace comes from within. Do not seek it without." Thank you for sharing these timeless teachings that remind us of the power of mindfulness and compassion.

"Hi, Many believe that the precepts of Buddhism are only for monks, but the truth is that they were designed to help anyone - whether a layperson or a monastic - live a more peaceful and meaningful life. Would you like to discover how these principles can be applied to your everyday life to bring inner peace
This story touches the outer surface of Buddhism. Buddhism is to see life through and understand and identify what life is. Life has satisfaction, but does it remain with you when that moment passes. Sorrow too remains and disappears soon after you feel. The satisfaction and sorrow come and go. Happiness and sorrow can come from 6 ways. From what we see, what we hear, what we eat, what we smell, what our body feels, what we think. This is how we connect with the world. Nothing else. These 6 institutions control our life, they make us happy, sad and get clueless. When we are sad we get angry, when we are happy we want it more, when we are clueless, lose our attention or focus. Buddha says when we deal with these six institutions Buddhism has the solution for getting rid of sorrow, anger, cluelessness...there it starts the deep end
This video is very insightful, reminding us that instead of being envious, we should choose to learn and be inspired by the success of others to improve ourselves.🥰. thank you !!!
As an infj, I always stay silent irl. People think I am boring and trying to hurt them. Watch people in silence means enjoy life. Like scenery or fireworks. See the dynamic in life. It helps me to be selective when it comes to friends. I try not to be perfectionist and high expectations on everything. Let it be. With Buddhism way, it helps me to stay calm. I listen to calm music, drink tea with no sugar, meditation, yoga at home. Get into hobby like gardening and reading books. It's so hard in modern days. But I will back again to the books and try practice it. This helps me to stay alive. Seek inner peace means self control. It's like self guide therapy. No need expensive bs doctor. My soul need to be heal from within.
I don't think you're a true INFJ. You contradict yourself when you say you don'thave high expectations, yet you are selective about friends! True INFJs see all as friends and like Buddha says, see others as teachers. I see INFJs as true Buddhists, not perfect, but seeing good in all. That means not judging others.

I have been working on living more slowly, disconnecting, cutting way back on spending. It has made me feel this truth so much, for some reason. I suppose it has brought me calm. I noticed yesterday that I just didn't care about how others were driving; usually I am very impatient.

On the contrary, I think personal life events and world events should affect us. We have emotions for a reason. I don't want to be a zombie or cold-hearted. Being affected can go to extremes though. I agree that should be avoided. We can't completely crumble whenever something painful happens. We wouldn't be able to function as we need to in life. We need resilience.
Does the concept that "no one can hurt you without your consent" dismiss the real emotional and psychological impact of trauma or abuse? In situations of extreme emotional or physical harm, can it truly be argued that the victim's peace is entirely within their control?
