    When you live a difficult childhood next to abusive parents, your mind no longer grows, it remains childish and you go through the world with an adult's body and with a childish mind that feels that everyone is attacking and always feeling inferior to other people. The child's mind, in any situation, feels that it is being attacked and feels very afraid and sends sensations of emotions of fear, anger, and rage that human beings cannot control. They are the bodily sensations of anger, fear, disappointment, sadness and the human being thinks that they are being caused by someone in the present time and does not realize that it is the mind that continues to live in the past that causes those negative emotions in the body because he believes that he is still in the past, that someone is attacking him and hurting him. When the human being experiences an awakening, the child's mind disappears and the consciousness that we can feel in the chest in the solar plexus wake up full of wisdom, joy and peace when the human being reaches paradise on Earth.

    One of the most powerful points in this video is the concept of "acceptance." The idea that we can free ourselves from suffering by embracing things as they are, rather than resisting them, is truly transformative. It’s such a reminder that peace isn't about controlling every aspect of life, but about flowing with its ups and downs. Loved how this principle was explained with clarity and depth!

      I had moment later on the mornings or evenings, only i had a lot of negativity around me; they hated it they couldn’t unbalance me or they couldn’t read me and that disturbed them. I have ptsd and in the past i could have anxiety attacks that made me difficult to breath. So my GP said why don’t you learn to meditate? That helped me a lot, although i went at times so deep time passed and my husband became concerned that sitting for hours would harm me. I went in too deep. I was ill for a long time, past unrest and fear came up again. Made my anxiety attacks to turn up again. So i went on Yoga, it’s good to do because they hold in account ones physical illnesses. This Friday im enrolled for learn to meditate. A refresher for what i known before. Im creative and it calms me but on the other hand i can be chaotic in planning. Since im in rolled to learn to be a jewel designer and need to make tasks it can help me to keep me focus and calm. I used to draw and have the same feelings like meditation.

    Key lessons include: understanding that insults only affect us if we let them, viewing everyone as a teacher, transforming envy into inspiration, being strict with oneself while tolerant of others, and recognizing that no one can hurt us without our consent. Acceptance, ethical living, gratitude, and trusting the process are also essential. By embracing these principles, we cultivate a calm and composed mind, enabling us to navigate life's challenges with grace and maintain our inner peace.

    When we are too obssess with our worldly activities. We tend to be oblivious to the constant changing of the natural world that is full of ups and downs. Of which our emotions too might going roller-coster too because of that. Practicing Buddha teaching is trying to bring our minds back to peace and tranquility, especially in this chaotic world. And be fully focusing on what is the right thing to do for the exact present moment. Being peaceful and living harmoniously with others and the surroundings at every present moment. Of which is the building block of the day and the next! Not being too much affected by the past and the future, which is full of uncertainty. Living within peace and always doing our best, respecting and accepting, whatever will come, that will certainly come beyond any of our control. ❤❤❤

  • @BuddhismandLife1
    @BuddhismandLife1 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

    I fully agree with this perspective on mindfulness as a foundational principle for anyone seeking a balanced and peaceful life. Mindfulness, as taught in Buddhism, emphasizes being fully present, paying attention to our thoughts, emotions, and surroundings without judgment. This approach offers a powerful way to experience moments of peace amidst life’s busyness. Mindfulness, when applied even to something as simple as drinking a cup of tea, transforms our experience by helping us to engage fully in the present moment. It’s a gentle reminder that true peace and contentment come not from multitasking or rushing through life, but from embracing and savoring each moment with awareness. By practicing mindfulness, we’re able to step back from our routines, appreciate the subtleties in life, and cultivate a sense of calm and clarity that permeates all areas of our lives
