You do this by knowing the mind consists of visualization, thinking, intention, and awareness. Most are on autopilot between visualization and thinking. The key is awareness. An open up physical body, peaceful, quiet mind, one will enter into an awareness state. No thinking, it can be dropped.
So profound, each Buddhist story brings me a valuable lesson on how to live more gently and peacefully
