K55 RGB PRO not showing up in icue FIXED

Not what I normally upload. But I cant find any videos out there to fix the issues I had with this keyboard, I hope this helps if you're in the same situation.

Man. This saved me hours probably. After getting the hardware I just went onto their site and downloaded the top most client of icue I saw and just expected it to be the latest version and had to error shoot why the keyboard wasn't being detected but the mouse was....
Did a better job than Corsair support! It works now thanks!!

Everyone, if you’re getting the Device not found error, look at your motherboard and fine your USB 2.0 and check to see if it’s working. If it’s not, like mine, just buy a 7$ USB 2.0 to USB 3.0 adapter and icue should be able to fine the drives. I spent the last month trying to find solutions and none of them worked but this one.

I just watched your video searching for Commander pro not working. I reinstalled and no luck. I was wiggling wires to check the sata power into the commander pro and heard the USB recognition chime. Turns out my commander Pro right out of the box has a bad wire connection where the sata power cable goes into the body of the Commander pro. Cheap thing that commander pro! just stuffed the wire into the commander as hard and best as i could, working as long as I don't bump my PC!
the problem is that later, i restart the pc or i close icue and it doesn't appear again
Corsair is really getting on my nervers, thanks for helping but still they dont supporty custom lighting profiles, thats only for K55 rgb, not the pro one

it works for me but every time when i turn my pc on ....same issue for my ram ..what should do now?
Maybe the ram isn't supported by icue
ICUE stopped recognizing my liquid cooler. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it still doesn't recognize it. What should I do?

Maybe the cooler is no longer supported, I'd recommend try a different version that supports the keyboard and your liquid cooler
If youre still having issues and you have msi afterburner installed delete it. That was my problem, delete both msi, icue and then reinstall.
when i restart/set pc on, my keyboard is going on,off,on,off, like 15 times..... When i open ICUE. My keyboard is standing there. But there is a Red triangle standing by the keyboard, what i need to do ?
I'm not too sure, I've not heard of this issue. You could try a different port on your PC, other than that I'm not sure. Sorry I cannot help. if the keyboard is new and other keyboards work on the pc maybe request a refund. I'd try uninstalling icue and installing it again before going for a refund.
Hi. Do you think this method could work with commander core? All fans working right way, only I can't see commander core in icue. Probably because of that, my pump in quiet mode has still about 2200-2300rpm but I'm not sure about that. Tom

@@KyroFUT Hi. I don't remember exactly, but almost for sure I didn't plug completely in plug into commander. I though it's in but wasn't. Plug have to really click in and then system recognized device. Now for many months everything working fine. Check again all connections, restart pc and hopefully be ok. Let me know if you want.
this issue is happening with my RAM. every single time I boot up my pc, it disappears from icue and I have to reinstall icue if I want it to show up and light up. is there any way I can have the ram stay so I don't have to reinstall icue every time I power on my pc?
I'm not sure. I've never experienced or heard of this issue. I'd recommend talking to Corsair or maybe think about getting a refund
HyperAct1veBass yea. It’s so weird because I’ve had the ram for a while and it’s only now doing this. Hopefully I can get it fixed soon!

do you think this will work with corsair hs45 headsets ? i just got these last week was gaming fine with them and now all of a sudden the speakers stopped working audio sounds fucked, and my headsets are now undetectable in icue software as of yesterday and today when i plugged them my computer detects, it as "CONEXANT USB AUDIO' instead of corsair hs45 or corsair headphones, any solution for this ?
It's possible that the headphones are defective. Maybe damaged in some sort of way. Try using them on another device like your phone. See if they work that way
And yes sorry. I think it would work if it's a driver issue but if it's a hardware fault you'll have to see if you can get it repaired or maybe a replacement. I would try it on another device though. Try phone and another pc if you have one

Ummm interesting. I just bought the k70 10keyless and it works. Like i can type and stuff but when i got to icue to customize the keyboard is not detected at all. Like ur vid, it doesnt even show up. So i will try this tonight ty ty

My rgb control panel isn’t showing up is it because I have my phantek case fans connected?
I can't see why that would be a problem, try unplugging the fans to see if it works, if so then it must be the fans.
Mine was K70 mk2 and already tried everything on youtube but still not working. They have 2 cables the one with keyboard logo on it and the arrow logo. Already plug everything on my desktop. But still nothing happened not even blink lightning and not even connected idk why pls help!!!!

hi edosafridho I've not come across this issue, sounds like there could be a deeper issue, maybe faulty hardware or cable. Depending on the age I would contact where you got it from or warranty if it's new.
I got to much Corsair stuff with a bunch of presets
I have the updated version of this icue but my cpu cooler doesn't show up. :(
If it's an old cooler maybe they no longer support it. Try reinstalling icue again
I have the problem the other way arround! In iCUE 3.88 my mouse i beeing recognized but in iCUE 4 it isn't. I have the SCIMITAR PRO RGB and Corsair states on their support page that this model is in fact supported (or should be supported) by iCUE 4. Yet i still cant get iCUE 4 to recognize it. Anyone had the same problem and got a fix to that?
I would say the mouse isn't supported by the newer version
whenever i use icue my keyboard keeps disconnecting and reconnecting is there anything i can do to fix this?
I'm not sure about this sorry, if the keyboard is new i would contact where you brought it from. Maybe try a different usb port also.

I'm not sure what you mean. If you download it, it goes wherever you selected. Just select your download folder

I'm sorry but this video is for a K55 RGB PRO keyboard not a hs50 pro stero, I cannot help you with this issue.
Can this work with Corsair fans too??
Hi, I'm unsure that it will work but if you're going to try i recommend makings a restore point or make sure you can roll back the driver just incase it makes things worse
My keyboard when I plug into Xbox one it lights up for just a second and then goes blank but it works on my PC
Does the keyboard still work on the Xbox ? The keyboard is made for pc but most keyboards work on other devices. Only other thing i can think of is, the Xbox sees it as a fault, because there's so many LEDs lighting independently, believe the Xbox might not like the sudden spike in power, which shuts off the usb supply. I'm sorry i can't offer much help.

That could be an issue with the keyboard, if it's a new keyboard I would contact Corsair support or who you brought it from. I'd recommend trying it on a different computer or laptop if you can and a different usb port
@@hyperact1vebass753 I tired different ports. It works on other devices and on my pc. The only issue is that icue doesn’t detect it. Only reason I’m even trying to get icue to work is so I can use macros.
K70 RGB TKL is still not showing up even thought newest version ICUE !!
This is for the K55RGB Pro but it should still work. If you have another device like laptop or other desktop, I'd recommend trying the keyboard on that, with the latest version of ICUE. If that doesn't work try for a refund, if you have warranty. I hope for the best.
same, have K70 lux rgb, was working well for 2 years, then nothing about 2 weeks ago. Worse part, media keys don't work. So searching youtube all week, no solution yet. gonna try uninstall and use a 3rd party lighting controller, like open RGB.

I'm sorry this hasn't helped. This video is mainly intended for new keyboards ie out just out the box, there may be ab issue with the actual keyboard
Icue Corsair is seriously the worst shit I ever experienced. You buy thinking is the top quality and it turns out to be a pain in the f****ing ass, with shitty updates that are always creating issues and RGB failing over and over.

I'm sorry this didn't work. Many others have tried and tested. There may be a fault with the keyboard itself
