If youre still having issues and you have msi afterburner installed delete it. That was my problem, delete both msi, icue and then reinstall.

Mine was K70 mk2 and already tried everything on youtube but still not working. They have 2 cables the one with keyboard logo on it and the arrow logo. Already plug everything on my desktop. Hi. Do you think this method could work with commander core? All fans working right way, only I can't see commander core in icue. Probably because of that, my pump in quiet mode has still about 2200-2300rpm but I'm not sure about that. Tom

Everyone, if you’re getting the Device not found error, look at your motherboard and fine your USB 2.0 and check to see if it’s working. If it’s not, like mine, just buy a 7$ USB 2.0 to USB 3.0 adapter and icue should be able to fine the drives. I spent the last month trying to find solutions and none of them worked but this one.

I just watched your video searching for Commander pro not working. I reinstalled and no luck. I was wiggling wires to check the sata power into the commander pro and heard the USB recognition chime. Turns out my commander Pro right out of the box has a bad wire connection where the sata power cable goes into the body of the Commander pro. Cheap thing that commander pro! just stuffed the wire into the commander as hard and best as i could, working as long as I don't bump my PC!

Icue Corsair is seriously the worst shit I ever experienced. You buy thinking is the top quality and it turns out to be a pain in the f****ing ass, with shitty updates that are always creating issues and RGB failing over and over.

I have the problem the other way arround! In iCUE 3.88 my mouse i beeing recognized but in iCUE 4 it isn't. I have the SCIMITAR PRO RGB and Corsair states on their support page that this model is in fact supported (or should be supported) by iCUE 4. Yet i still cant get iCUE 4 to recognize it. Anyone had the same problem and got a fix to that?

ICUE stopped recognizing my liquid cooler. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it still doesn't recognize it. What should I do?

when i restart/set pc on, my keyboard is going on,off,on,off, like 15 times..... When i open ICUE. My keyboard is standing there. But there is a Red triangle standing by the keyboard, what i need to do ?

My keyboard when I plug into Xbox one it lights up for just a second and then goes blank but it works on my PC

Ummm interesting. I just bought the k70 10keyless and it works. Like i can type and stuff but when i got to icue to customize the keyboard is not detected at all. Like ur vid, it doesnt even show up. So i will try this tonight ty ty
