Thank you Dave! Hope you are feeling better! I’m very grateful for your support of the slot car community. You’ve helped inspire me to get (back) into this wonderful hobby! 🥳
Scx have already released last year's red/white/black Yaris rally livery in Spain, not seen it in the UK yet, so hopefully this year's black livery won't be too far away . Looking forward to the next Gaydon slot show on December 1st. Have a good week Dave.
Dave, thank you for putting this information out there. Also, thank you for providing your unique perspective! I am looking into getting a Carerra track to start with, and I hope to get a few of those Camaro Nascars and start a club with my students !! Thank you again!!
model trains have york. they also have national convention by different scales. we need some sort of BIG gathering. Something you would plan a vacation around !!!!!!!
Not sure but i think i remember the "American Car Service, or was it the American Car Show / Shop back in the 80ties - it was situated at Dusseldorf-Oberbilk, right beside Volksgarten Station / Oberbilker Allee - i hope i can buy this camaro from Scalextric - cheers from Dusseldorf - Ulli
Thanks for all the news Dave from here in Bathurst, Australia. Did my weekly Aldi shop this morning and grabbed a new catalog a surprise on page 8 - Carrera Go F1 Slot car set for A$99.99. A lot of parents (and grandparents) do their Christmas shopping in Aldi. Great way to grow the hobby here in Australia.
Thank you Dave. On the subject 3d printers. I have 3d printed 5 roller doors for my Magnetic Racer modern pit buildings. I have printed guard rails that completely cover both sides of my layout. I have printed lights stands that completely light up my whole track. And I have printed a copy of the casino skylight at Monti Carlo for my Magnetic Racer Monti Carlo Casino. Cheers
Thank you for the news Dave...the original and best news 🙌 👍 so many new and interesting thing happening in the slot world , all the best health wise 🤗....Harry
All it takes is someone with the motivation to set up a national slot car show and or event and it can happen . The Revoslot Alfas are cool but I already have 5 , I don't really need 8 , Scalextric should modify the 80's Camaro body and do them up as the original International Race of Champions cars , in every color ! But we know that will never happen , they did the beautiful 85 IROC Z's and only did them in 2 colors , why ? I would have bought every color they made , but you can't tell a Brit anything cuz they always know better , of course they haven't figured out the American market doesn't want 4 door Rover hatchbacks as their prime slot car choice . I'm all in on the SRC Porsche 914's and although they aren't the shrink versions they are.awesome right out of the box , plenty quick and they handle great , nice detail too , I have the street medium blue one , the Viceroy race car and the Jaegermeister green version , love them all.
I found some killer.Stop signs and yield signs in a little kit.At the dollar store tree killer little signs. I get to lego stuff wheel cheap at the dollar stores. So i'm kinda building a lego world but it's off brand lego , it's actually pretty big town already

Agree fully! Why make 2 colors of IROCs when clubs typically race on 4 lanes.
Good video.
Thanks!
Thanks so much!!!!
What is the problem with SRC and their 919 Porsche LMP ? Like they have this kit, but where are the assembled , liveried cars ?
👍🏁🏁👍
700+! Yeezzz!
A guy named Peter John drove the DTM Camaro. Couple years later, Peter was race engineer on my car 😉
