Congratulations! A sleep tip that worked for me. I saw a neuroscientist, Dr.Matthew Walker, recently share a study that said counting sheep is proven not to work, but thinking through every detail of your morning routine, walk, or run, etc.. has proven to work. I think through my run and have not gotten much farther than my driveway each time before I am asleep. Incredible! I think about putting on my workout clothes, my shoes, my watch, I think about walking downstairs, through the garage, looking at my Apple watch to start the run timer...see the countdown, my mailbox....😴Worth a try! Best of luck, Mama!
Bubbling water is the best way you described it! I felt this at 14 weeks! and now at 20 weeks baby is more active and its more like a hand underwater swimming vibrations.but early pregnancy its definitely bubbles and quickening
I think that is so awesome congratulations that you've made it to what people consider viability I think that is amazing you're so pretty pregnant I mean you're so cute and I think that you are awesome doctor Ellie and I will continue to enjoy or will continue to enjoy walking through this pregnancy with you and I'm so excited for you and Corey
Try paired muscle relaxation/intentionally releasing any muscle tension when it’s time to go to sleep. Look up a guided meditation for this on TH-cam. It really makes a difference. Also, how do you handle waiting SOO long to share the news?! I get the reason behind it and I’m waiting too for the most part but it’s so hard! Also scared of potential complications. Any tips for getting through this early period?
I wish you were my obgyn! I live in phoenix and I’m 12 weeks pregnant. Idk where you are in az and you’re prolly really busy but I WISH you could be my obgyn!
Yes...I am going to be that mom. I read books and they were useless because every child is different. I have 4 and I have to parent each of them differently. I have found internet communities to be the most helpful...moms helping moms. Books about sleep have helped but everything else...did not prepare me at all. Take what is written with a grain of salt and just do your best to get to know your baby.
Dr. I am 53 yrs old. I still have painful periods. 2yrs. ago I discovered taking Saw Pametto interrupted my menstrual cycle and stopped my painful bleeding and cramping. So since then I have taken some 600mg to 900mg a month. Am I causing myself hormonal problems or worse?. I have found no literature on Saw Palmetto being used as I am using it.
How do you pee in the jumpsuit? That’s my main reason that I don’t wear them lol … hate getting everything off… Especially that you’re pregnant and need to pee every second lol But it’s looks amazing on you 😊

Yes I wonder the same
Generally they say 12 weeks
I wonder this too, bc I know at 20 weeks the anatomy scan is performed
