Never lose the fire in your eyes. Never feel you have to walk on eggshells. Because this community grew on people's individuality & their strength. Brave enough to take chances, on ideas that worked. Because this community is not some corporation or organization where there is a boss or a leader, no meanings behind the people's back. Where individual who respect each other who care about each other who have a common goal. We all want to see each other at succeed. If we have advice we talk to that person directly. Scientology didn't know what hit them because of this. They don't know what to do with a community with no structure. We took more than two steps forward, let's never take a step backwards. We are allowed to show our emotions. They don't know what to do with that. There are thousands of us in this community. If one person doesn't like your video there's a thousands more than that do. That is the sptv strength. That is why we are seeing changes that we haven't seen in years and years. Because we are allowing people to be themselves to feel comfortable to take chances to come up with ideas, to make their channels their own, without fearing, of saying the wrong thing. It's so important. We don't need any rules and regulations in organizations. To slow people down. To make them fear to take chances. . That is why it's working. Don't fix what is not broken.
