When I did WW, years ago, we had an amazing instructor. She was creative and quirky and would do all sorts of wonderful and uplifting presentations. WW got annoyed with her for not pushing their stuff and sticking to their materials. I saw her years later and almost didn't recognise her as she'd gained a ton of weight :(
For me, weight loss is hard. I have physical issues and disabilities that limit my energy, earning power etc and struggle to feed myself, let alone feed myself what would be better suited for weight loss. I try to make healthier choices, my older brother lovingly teases me for not adding salt to my cooking, but I also have my problem areas and struggle with emotional eating.

I really loved this today and needed it, Marilyn! I am 66 and still work and I’ve stopped putting my health first. I’ve always been very active, walked and hiked a lot until the last 3 years.
This is the inspiration I need to make some changes. Thank you! 🙏 ❤

Replay, watching with compassion. After nearly everything you discussed, I thought to myself, "same Marilyn, same."

Frobromyagial is a syndrome , what works for most people is mya facial release massage . That's the tissues that are stuck to the muscles and bones marking you feel stiff and hurt , I've had it for 25 years ,if you hurt in 9 or more places you have frobromyagia . Check out pressure points ,you can release most of those yourself. Any chiropractor or accupunturist can I get accupressure that works so well for me I can walk out with no pain and stand straight in instead of leaning on my walker.
Mya facial release, pressure points , will do the trick

I used to practice massage for 25 years. Myofascial release is wonderful for fibromyalgia as is acupuncture

Replay crew here, an aunt had a mixed experience with Noom, definitely a learning opportunity but don’t let it be all consuming. Don’t stress over adding 8 pounds, the nonsmoking has added more life than 8 pounds can take. Think about adding some time with Nora and genX.

I was told I had “female hysteria” by an internal medicine specialist in the 90s. It took until around 2014 to get a fibro diagnosis. I had so many other medical issues that doctors didn’t look deeper into my unexplained pain, which is a travesty. I’d had it since age 20 & I was in my 40s when it was diagnosed. 💜

REPLAY❤❤❤ 1) if you want to track food the Healthi app has different ways to do so. 3 of the ways are free. If you want access to all of the ways it’s $30 for the entire year. You can track food and exercise. 2) As for Mitch. I see growth. One thing he’s earned brownie points for…he’s willing to mend fences and admit fault. Something MR hasn’t done at all so, I’m willing to listen and give Mitch grace and apologize to him for not being nice to him in the past.
