I remember the Mormon missionaries came over one night and taught me the cheat code for skipping levels. I was so happy I got to see the end of the game finally! The key differences between the two is that the Capcom one is more platforming focused, has much better backgrounds but worse sprites, and is the good one out of the two.

I beat the SNES version as a kid. I can't remember the fight with Jafar going like this!
The snes version was made by Capcom. The Sega version by Virgin Interactive
