    One correction regarding the passenger screen:
    When the car detects the driver looking at the passenger screen, it DOES NOT turn off. It remains on, but only the passenger can continue to see the screen. It blocks the driver's view by making the screen black.

    I want to take a moment to address the title of this video. While the car being presented here is undoubtedly impressive, I believe it's crucial for us to use respectful and inclusive language. The term "nerd" should never be used as an insult or a way to belittle someone's intelligence or to socially isolate.
    Intelligence is a wonderful trait that should be celebrated, not mocked. People with a passion for knowledge and a thirst for understanding contribute immensely to our society. Let's focus on discussing the fantastic features of this executive car without resorting to offensive language. After all, intelligence and style go hand in hand, and this video should reflect that synergy.

    Spent some proper time with it recently (estate version). It’s honestly brilliant. The design is a success, the interior is significantly refined compared to EQE, new S-class, GLC etc with less cheap feeling parts and the right amount of tech/screen. Doesn’t have the seats of the s-class but feels more solid inside.
    Hybrid powertrain is brilliant, so smooth and so seamless. Long EV range, charges fast. 4D audio system is brilliant. The 3D driver’s cluster is awesome, such a wow factor.
    Only real downsides are price (get’s massively expensive fast as you spec it up, almost porsche level!) and the loss of boot space with the hybrid.

As a current e-coupe owner, I think this is the best new MB model but not an upgrade in most regards. The new CLE is off the table because of the cheap C class interior. Can we all agree to punish bmw by not filming a review of the ugly 5 series and the disrespect their design engineers have shown car enthusiasts by putting out such a disease of a car?

      No because the reviews will come. The media just doesnt have the green light from bmw yet to publish them.

    Infact the only beautiful thing in this video is Alex and her ability to present a great review..

    Nice car, however, most of the cars in the UK will have the poverty spec, which will be a far cry from the car presented in this video 🙂

    i felt that the old interior was more classy, i feel like this will age badly with the tech being front and foremost in the interior, like how old 7 series tech are useless today
    edit: poverty spec interior actually looks nicer, in my opinion at least

    Used to love the proper Mercs of the 80s and 90s with the three pointed star at the end of the bonnet, they had a very Germanic design about them. These days they look soft, boring and like a bar of soap.

    To be honest, I’m not sure if about this car’s design. The exterior just doesn’t work in my opinion, an the interior is a bit much..
    I actually prefer the old E-class over this.

    Lovely car. Though it brings a bit of the S class vibe. The selfie cam and impressive display screen are indeed tremendous selling point for business executives.

    • @questionyourself718
      @questionyourself718 ปีที่แล้ว

      Driving dynamics as in sporty and responsive driving are worse than last gen as every review says. With this generation mercedes went fully on luxury. Wich makes sense, given thats where mercedes main strength lies.
