One of the creepiest enemies imo are Swarm from Super Smash Bros Wii U. They only appear during the boss stage in classic mode, but they are very very creepy with how they're made of black particle things that take the forms of other enemies from smash run in the 3DS version

I dont remember the name of these but those flying ghost things in that scary sunken ship lever from Kirby and the rainbow paint brush are also pretty freaky.
They are called Dethskullks.
Re-deads from OoT are terrifying since their scream freezes Link and they slowly walk towards you / straggle and you have the power to do nothing

The wall masters from The Legend of Zelda a Link Between Worlds absolutely terrified me when I was playing it for the first time

The Underhands from Super Paper Mario terrified me as a kid
Says there won't be any bosses or minibosses on the list- then proceeds to put Dead Hand- the literal midboss of the Shadow Temple and boss of the Bottom of the Well- at number 1.

in the game "yoshi's crafted world" in one of the later levels there are these clown guys that chase after you if the see you, the scared me real bad the first time i saw them.
the scariest "Enemy" i ever encountered in a Nintendo Game was in Super Princess Peach for the DS. That huge Thwomp that fills the entire background in the game's last levels still makes me shudder when i just think about it, let alone see an image.

The Lunge Fish reminds me of a certain enemy from Yoshi’s Story: the Blurp. They’re a lot like Cheep-Cheeps and if they hit you, they insta-kill you by swallowing you whole. Thankfully, they’re quite rare only appearing in the level Jungle Puddle.
Scarfy is cute, even I don't find him really that terrifying in his one-eyed form

The egg plant wizard. It was creepy bc if you got turned into an eggplant, you would have to backtrack a long ways to get the curse removed
Yoshi- once again the giant cheep cheep that kills you in 1 attack.
Tempura Wizards are creepier than Eggplant Wizards. Unlike Eggplant Wizards, Tempura Wizards will EAT YOU.
Why are Nightmare and SA-X from Fusion missing those are literally scarier than the whole list

Also if you need some ideas for scary or unsettling stuff in fire emblem just look at something like Duma or Shadows of Valentia enemies

I think Mega Squeekly and Squidicus from the modern Donkey Kong Country games are also scary.

*Lunge fish* may be creepy, but remember that there's Boss Bass, Bubba, & Cheep Chomp, who are just as terrifying, if not, worse.
Ugh, *Underhands*. They will even slowly reach for you THROUGH THE FLOOR! 🥶
*Moblins* can be terrifying because they can cause jumpscares as they come charged at you with their bulldog face & that loud "MOO!". The moblins here had spears though, not clubs.
*Romani Ranch aliens* are creepy for two reasons; 1: the music, 2: what they do to Romani if they abduct her.
*Shunned Guy* is...definitely something, definitely creepy alright! And the music that plays with it sounds suspiciously similar to the Shower Scene from Psycho. And the movements, ew!
The *Mad Piano* is an infamous one & it still scares people.
*Redeads*, aka the face humpers. It's messed up, especially if you're playing as Young Link, a child. 🤢
The *Gattling Groink* is more ANNOYING than scary, still hate how it just sits on a ledge, killing the Pikmin for no reason whatsoever, grrrrr (it kills for fun; everything else just predates the Pikmin)
*Ornes.* Yep, I heard of these things, stalking you with their creepy 8-bit theme tune, being able to insta-kill you,
*The Bunmawashi Dolls* - what makes them worse is the fact that they're CLOWN DOLLS with AXES! They have a creepy walk, too.
*Wall Masters* - Nintendo really like their creepy hand enemies...they are very annoying though, but they are just disembodied hands...ugh...
*Dead Hand* - definitely deserves the no.1 spot! It's more terrifying when you're fighting this as Young Link. This abomination eats kids using those hand & that dislocated jaw, & the wall is all made up of skulls; skulls from its previous meals. 😱

I love this video dude and I know this is unrelated but if anyone has the Top 6 Scariest Nintendo Bosses video please reupload them and thanks if you do I will explain what happens in the video so you guys may know what I’m talking about the video was narrated by a kid with glasses in the beginning of the video he says something wasn’t scary then he screamed I never understood what he said the first entry he put was actually a Pokémon magazine in one segment another version of him appears and tells him to get another magazine eventually he gets annoyed and shoots him with a toy gun he put giygas from earthbound blizzeta from Zelda Mimi from Super Paper Mario Marx soul from Kirby and dark star core from Mario and Luigi In the dark star core entry he starts out with dark bowser he explains the fight then he talks about how dark bowser steals your minions then he says then you sue him for stealing your minions because they were your minions and they were your minions first when he gets to dark star core he freaks out because it’s a spider I would love it if every video he posted was reupload and thanks so much if you do peace out
