Nintendo Villains: Weak To Powerful
With a vast game library like Nintendo’s, there is pretty much any game for anyone out there. From fun, family-friendly platformers about plumbers to RPGs about kids trying to stop an alien invasion. They also even offer real-time strategy games involving plant creatures helping an astronaut retrieve their ship parts. In short, there is something for everyone here. And not all games are created equally. Some games have a grander scope of scale, and thus, bigger stakes. Some villains may just be after gold, and others full-scale universal destruction. Naturally, this leads to the question of just which villains are the most threatening. Which of Nintendo’s gigantic line-up of foes is the weakest, and which is the most powerful?

One thing people fail to realize is, bowser with the dream stone is so powerful that he could control every multiverse in the dream world. He could make anything happen as he wished for, which makes him probably one of the most powerful villains in gaming
Yeah, and let's not forget that Bowser served getting eaten alive by a black hole 3 times in a row in super Mario galaxy 1, and 2 + at the end of Mario party 9 and Bowser didn't get a single scratch on him making Bowser able to solo most of fiction because if a black hole can't destroy you then I don't know what could!

Another character that I think rivals or even surpasses Galeem and Dharkon is Void Termina/Void Soul/Void. He is the progenitor of the entire Kirby universe and is essentially a Kirby afflicted with negative emotions.

Porky is rated as a nuisance? He won! He killed his entire world. He's the most successful villain on the list.
No shit, no one respects him, and he gets no credit as one of the better villains. Then again, 1up binges research goes about as far as Wikipedia, I remember some lines sounding almost exactly like the entries.
Keep in mind that without his army and mechs, he actually isn't that powerful outside of his immortality. Remember the rules Binge stated towards the beginning of the video.
With that said, I think Binge should've have taken those things into account.

Marx should have been WAY higher on the list. He’s more powerful than Ganon but probably not Dimentio and Bowser as they have some really good multiversal level feats in some games.

Rewatching this, and I wonder how everything would be affected had the captains in the Pikmin series been scaled up to human size, how would the enemies then fare on the list?
It annoys me that the Nintendo Villain lists don't have any Fire Emblem villians. Medeus? Grima? The Black Knight? There's also 3 Houses, but that game is more about four factions of gray rather than black and white
yeah no Xenoblade either. Zanza would be a very good addition to the list.

@@ludwigkoopa3343 Technically Nintendo co-owns Fire Emblem with Intelligent Systems (who work with Nintendo, but aren't owned by them), but the same is true for Kirby, and EarthBound and Pokemon are even more interesting by Nintendo tri-owning them (with Shigasato Itoi and Ape for the former and GameFreak and Creatures for the latter)
I would like to see the metroid prime/dark Samus in high places of this top, it's capable of absorbing powers, possessing, by poisening their bodies with phazon, adopting a ghostly form, heal itself with phazon and most important, send giant meteors full with phazon, and other metroid primes to continue to replicate itself in another time until it success in the conquest of the galaxy
I see Dark Samus as one of the most powerful Nintendo villains, especially since it took control of Phaaze.
It is definitively stronger than villains like Ganondorf but it’s still weaker than things like Bowser, Magolor or Dimentio.
There’s no way that Wario is more powerful than King Boo.

Lusamine: She may have fused with an Ultra Beast, but that doesn't compare to controlling the rulers of time and space like Cyrus.
Magolor would destroy Ganondorf with ease.
All over the place, as always. You have Necrozma, then a couple of entries later King Boo, whose powers sound quite mundane comparatively.
The mere fact that Dimentio has actually killed mario, luigi, peach, and bowser at the same time, is something no other mario villain has done to this day, and likely never will again. He's a fan favorite for a reason.

Huh. Who would've thought Wario would make it this high up. Honestly I'm proud of him. Though technically wouldn't he be at near indestructible? I mean we've seen that at times wario can't get harmed by attacks, instead it causes reactionary forms. Example, when wario is crushed, he becomes bouncy wario, and can use his body as a spring.

The absolutely most powerful villain was Ganon during Zelda A Link to the Past.
There he got the full Triforce under his control which gives him the power to make any wish, no matter if Good or evil.
But eventhough he is basically Allmighty by now, he has still an obsticle, the Master Sword's Power to resist even the magic of the Triforce when controlled by evil.
We can assume that the sages who were able to seal Ganon in the sacred realm after he was successfully used the power of the Master Sword to create a seal (not confirmed, just a theory) which can only be broken with the same power given to the sages and their descendents since their godlike powers are tightly bound to the Master Sword, so this why Ganon cannot even escape the Dimension he was kept captive in Eventhough he had the allmighty power in his hands, it's because of the seal made by the sages and the Blade of Evil's Bane.
This person was only counting each character WITHOUT extras. Ganondorf having the FULL Triforce is extra while him having only the triforce of power is not extra.

Strength is how physically strong something is, Power is how much magic, resources, physical strength and anything else(including intelligence) that makes you dangerous.
As a result Ganon should have been the strongest since he's highly intelligent, he's resourceful, and he has immense power.
Which is a lesson Power scalers need to learn

I’m surprised Nightmare wasn’t higher, after all he’s only harmed by the Star Rod and his death resulted in a 4th of the moon exploding.
Kirby villains are probably overall the strongest on the list, when you actually think about their feats and how they could only be stopped by the pink puffball of power. (also Kirby wouldn't have died, or been turned into a ball by Galeem or Darkhon)

@@Wolfywolf7 not necessarily there are villains whose PE status is solidified by them making dumb moves such as Dolores umbridge using the crucatious curse on Harry Potter knowing it was illegal to use in front of many potential witnesses or her insulting the centaurs when they vastly outnumber her now I can’t think of king boo doing such mistakes on that level in fact him attempting to entrap the entire last resort is a smart move but he isn’t as much about planning as fawful is since he’s always more concerned with revenge than planning

And I was even tempted to enter a comment on D'Vorah's ( she's related to the topic of Umbridge because D'Vorah is the Umbridge of Mortal Kombat) Hate Sink page stating that they forgot that D'Vorah is heavily implied to eat children even her own kind aren't safe.

A bit dissapointed you chose the two weakest Kirby villains out there. Dark Mind, Star Dream, and especially Dark Matter could all mop the floor with all the life in the galaxy

@@disneyvillainsfan1666 still I think Gallem is given more credit than he deserves especially given that Sephiroth sliced him in half with ease and there are several characters who could beat Sephiroth canonically in Smash and I'm not talking about Cloud even though yes he could beat Sephiroth in fact he has in the past.

I personally felt that Dimentio should be at least higher than Bowser, because the only reason he lost in the end was because of a slight oversight in his plan. If it wasn't for that, not just one universe would have been destroyed, but every single one of them. that is a lot of power
Dimentio also killed Bowser so yeah he shouldn't be lower than him.
Not to mention his intelligence and destroying 3 worlds at once

And with all of Majora's powers, I feel like Majora could destroy the world just like that. I think the whole 3 days thing was just Majora playing with everyone.
And he said the reason Majora was placed lower was because he was beaten by Link, who was a kid. But Link is no ordinary kid. Keep in mind that Link is the Hero of Time and is skilled in swordsmanship and archery, and can even use magic. And don't forget that canonically Majora lost because he gave Link the Fierce Deity Mask, which has dark magic said to be as powerful as that of Majora.
Dimentio can destroy the multiverse and Bowser can cause the end of the universe in Super Mario Galaxy. Majora is likely stronger than Ganondorf however.

I'm glad Wario was ranked so high because out of the regular characters in the Mario series, Wario is definitely the strongest. Mario is used to battling Bowser all of the time, but Wario battles eldritch abominations in his series all the time
Although Mario has also take down similar beings such as Cackletta, Antasma, The Shadow Queen, and even played a key part in Dimentio's downfall. Not to mention Wario is highly incompetent as he constantly looses to Mario and his friends.

@@chadpeterson5698 Though two of those villains Luigi helped out as well. And Wario losing to Mario and his friends is something that only happens in the spinoff sports games. Wario doesn't have to be smart, all he needs to know is to beat up things and that is something he excels at.

I would argue that Wesker is more evil than Sephiroth since Wesker has an actual body count in the thousands if not millions and would have killed just about every living being on Earth if he wasn't stopped not to mention Sephiroth has redeeming qualities even if they are few in far between.

I also disagree with Dimentio's ranking out of a more logistical standpoint since Dimentio KILLED Bowser. Well that and Dimentio is LEAGUES more resourceful and more intelligent than Bowser.

I would have put dimentio on this list and above bowser, bowser is more memorable but he is only ever able to take over the galaxy at most. While dimentio nearly destroyed all of existence. He can match the power of the void with a literal finger snap. We know this because when Mario and the gang (including bowser) tank the void they get knocked out and sent to another world. Dimentio does the same thing with one of his cobe explosions AND he later tanks one of them and because super dimentio is infinitely stronger the regular dimentio well… you get the picture. I’d actually say that he is the most powerful Mario villain!

Fawful is basically a foil to Zim, I mean, think about it, their both green, psychotic, insane, annoying to deal with, has dreams of achieving world domination, brash, has the best evil laughs, loses their common sense when they can’t control their anger, hates it when their plans are foiled, narcissistic, brutal, has done horrible things to a lot of people, eccentric, highly intelligent, they’re not human, and they’re two villains that we can’t help but love
