poverty can never be the reason to take a child avaw. neglect can be, or purpously positioning a child into threat. if a parent can’t provide, but is a good parent, and works, social services should help with social benefits and others so the child can stay with the parent. otherwise it would be cruel if you think about it

You can be homeless and still have your kid’s the state tho either will help or give you X amount of time to find a place and money
