  • Kev G Mor vlogs about his daily life with Schizophrenia, Bipolar 1, cPTSD, and Inattentive ADD. As a certified (MA) Mental Health Peer Support Specialist, artist, and singer/songwriter, Kev shares his journey to inspire and connect.
In this episode of Living Daily Between Semicolons, Kev G Mor talks about the emotional ups and downs of his week, beginning with feeling overwhelmed and working his way back up. Starting at an emotional zero, Kev uses Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)'s "Opposite Action" tool to break free from a state of emotional "freeze" and move forward. Along the way, Kev finds inspiration to create new merch, reflects on his goals, and takes a much-needed trip to the beach to recharge.
Kev shares the highs and lows of his week, including struggles with his eating disorder, insomnia, and working with his medical team to regain control of his hunger cues. Despite facing tough challenges, Kev finds fulfillment in supporting his friends through peer support, which gives him strength to push through.
Watch this episode to learn more about how Kev is navigating his mental health recovery, dealing with the difficulties of eating disorder recovery, and using DBT tools to keep moving forward.
