This is the goal for me, i'm a minimalist, I plan on buying land and buying a few of these and have whole family come live on the land. I plan on buying 15 acres or less for first big land purchase

If this was able to be like a permanent home. As long as you're able to have land or if you share land with someone. You can honestly make this work.

The house is and simple, but the only disadvantage is the toilet is right opposite the kitchen, which is a bit taboo for people esp from SoutEast Asia.

Indeed our unit alone does not stand against wind this strong, but there are structural enhancements can be done to secure the units to the ground. Even so, we do not suggest to stay indoors for situation like this. I mean honestly, in 260 kph typhoon, even concrete buildings may fail. Glass may break & no where is safer than a bunker/cellar.

The only thing I don't like about this unit is the bathroom opens right beside the kitchen. I mean inches, not even feet away from the kitchen. A good bowel movement would pretty much ruin a dinner.
I understand what you mean, we can also change it facing front door, but that way we are concerned about the privacy when someone if accidentally opens the front door & bathroom wasn`t closed when user in urgent use. So, we can do it both ways, but both way has its advantage & disadvantage. Thanks for mentioning your opinions though.

No, they can`t, Richard. No need to worry about it. In fact, there are multiple locking bolts in 1 unit, plus there are also screws to lock into place, so no chance of just pushing 1 button the whole house collapsed. Meanwhile, there are air-spring / Hydraulic supports for each extension roof, so the roof won`t fall as well. Once again, no need to worry.
