When property values went up we thought we might need more coverage but what they told us is what I mentioned above. A house like this for young people or the elderly people is affordable and they can become homeowners and the the government wouldn't like that because all their housing subsidies would go right out the window. This could also be put in as in-law quarters on your property. Plus it would be next to nothing compared to renting a apartment or house. Houses at this price could get people out of poverty, get people off the streets and make people have pride of owning something even if it is just a starter home that they can build equity in. But, then why would we need a over bloated Federal government for? The Federal government doesn't want you to succeed. I think this is the answer to many issues married couples starting out face, people who cannot afford to rent a house or apartment or simply someone who wants to get out of their parents basement.
