So the larger end of the air filter hose that hooks to the pump, mine has these big air holes so when you turn the pump on all the air is blowing through those holes. It looks to me like there should be a gasket in there, so I made one out of some foam rubber, and then it worked fine.

It's kinda hard to explain, hope I am making sense. Frustrated that I can't use the saluspa. Tks.
Hi Jay! Try turning it counterclockwise until it sets on the threads and then turning it clockwise and see if it aligns. It should sit flat. Hope this helps!
@@LYLAHome20 it still did not work. While the filter housing has a thread, the mount (the one on the wall) doesn't have a thread to match that of the housing. I have loved ours until this year. When I needed to inflate it, it will no longer hold air. No holes, tears or rips. The air comes back out of the piece near the top of the inside of the spa. Not the filter, not the one that you can put Bromine tabs in. The one above these two. Does anyone know why or how to fix this problem?
This is our second year and we have a hole that needs to be patched as well. We made sure to use it gently and pack it away gently, but we’re able to blow air into it while there was water inside. We’ll have to find out where the air leak is.
Why does our tub shut off after it reaches temp. Through the night it had reached temp of 102, this morning it was 88 and I had to push the hear button to start the all day cycle again. Ours took 24 hours to heat up the water.
Hi! We had 5 kids in the hot tub at one point and they were pretty wild, but that was just 1 day. It still works 😅 but we pumped the tub so that it’s firm to the touch so it does stay up even if we were to sit on the edge.

Yes, the bottom of the hot tub doesn’t inflate, so it’s more like sitting on a thick gym mat.
Well done. This was perfect, thanks!
What is the plastic piece attached to the inside of the hot tub above the filter and chem release thing?

Why does our tub shut off after it reaches temp. Through the night it had reached temp of 102, this morning it was 88 and I had to push the hear button to start the all day cycle again. Ours took 24 hours to heat up the water.
How durable is this with kids? Do the walls stay up with all of the running and jumping kids do to get in and out of it over and over?
Hi! We had 5 kids in the hot tub at one point and they were pretty wild, but that was just 1 day. It still works 😅 but we pumped the tub so that it’s firm to the touch so it does stay up even if we were to sit on the edge.
Just making sure the very bottom does not get inflated? There is a cap on it like it should but I never saw you do so in the video
@@nickimiaj1234 the bottom of the tub doesn’t need to be inflated as it is just a pad
Lots of good information, quality content in this video
