anyone have any idea why it keeps turning off, its says the filter but I have changed it multiple times, about ready to pack up and take back but we love it so much I will just get another, Best investment I've made
I have the same spa on on the right, SaluSpa Honolulu. When I inflate it ans turn the pump off it instantly starts to deflate. I don't see any punctures or apparent leaks. My best guess is that it's coming from the air very on the interior of the tub. I tried to place something over it to trouble shoot and it still deflates. Any thoughts?

On the St.Lucia spa I see there is a valve on the floor for inflating with air but it's not mentioned filling anywhere . Do I need to inflate the floor too ?
They did a terrible job in the manual explaining anything. Did you happen to find out the answer to your question? I’m setting mine up now and that’s the first thing I wondered when I got done.

@@katieguzenko6853 it’s used to drain the spa! I just learned this myself cause I had to drain the spa. When you go to drain it, open that valve.
that valve is for draining the spa
