This Henry London quartz watch looks really nice and the price seems quite reasonable - on sale right now in Jomashop for $55. If i didn’t own a watch with a similar look, I’d get this one.

I saw a Henry London watch in the clearance case at a local retailer. I was fairly impressed by the design and thought, mostly because it was very cheap, that I might pick it up and take a look at it on my channel. I don't have a great aversion to fashion watches if they are nicely done. I was not impressed with Henry London's press office, however. I contacted them with a couple of questions about their product line and the woman who eventually replied to my query made it pretty clear that they really had no interest in providing me with any answers. A company who shuns free publicity is not one that I would expect to be around for very long. They do have a few nice looking watches though.

Yes I think it is pretty nice myself too. At least it’s based on something kind of cool, what with the vintage vibe.
Hello there, what was your opinion on the quality ?? Do you think, if used in a less abusive way, it could hold up well ?? Or do you think that it wouldn't last long and would easily get worn out no matter how you wear it ??
Quality is ok, but I think there are better options for the price, depending on what price you got it for. On eBay you can get an Orient Bambino for a little more which is higher quality and automatic. No really complaints about the quality of this though, as I bought from TK Max for about £20.
Well, believe that everyone had a fashion watch at a certain point. It’s what get a lots of people into the hobby, this watch in my opinion looks kinda cheap? With all honestly I rather have a Casio watch for sure.

The Time Collector yes I see what you mean. Nowadays as well with mega corporations taking over watch companies the line between fashion watch and non fashion watch has become blurred I think.
This watch for me doesn’t look cheap necessarily, but is not worth the £99 retail price. I would probably rather have a Casio too! 👍🏻
Yeah, well you know look at something and feeling something are totally different. I’m about to pull the trigger on a Grand Seiko sbgn003 or sbgn013. I really wanted a Tudor black bay 58 but I guess I’ll wait to see what happens to Baselworld 2020.. if that happens lol.
The Time Collector yes we’ll see about Basel. With the Grand Seiko, I would deffo add one of those to the collection, awesome watch. I personally prefer the blue dial to the black, and not such a fan of the sbgn013.

The Time Collector yes I don’t have a gmt in my collection. Grail is the 16710 or 713 but we’ll see.
