Event 10 - Swim 'N' Stuff:
4 rounds, each for time:
Air bike calories (10 | 15)
50-meter swim
10 GHD sit-ups
10 ball slams (40 | 60 lb.)
Rest
Begin a new round every 4 minutes
*Rounds 2 and 4 performed in reverse

Is there a rule against a strong dive into the water and working the under waters? Because having a huge start so you can streamline and get some huge dolphin kick in is way faster than coming right to the surface and beginning your stroke. Underwater is way faster than surface swimming thats why pros cant do more than 15M of it per 50M.
they arent professional swimmers as you can see they are taking a breath ever second stroke on only one side, as if a above average swimmer would do 3 strokes and one breath
by the time their in to water their probbly gasping for air.
@@s.h5085 this is no longer true. Professional male swimmers now breathe every other stroke all the way down to the 100m freestyle event.
crazy to see almost 8 years ago not alot of the athletes wore swim caps
