Donc they change gear? It could help at the end to lighten the fatigue
Don't get me wrong here. Tia is very fit but I wouldn't say she wins because she is the most fit. She has one of the top coaches analyzing her every move and transition. Her moves are precise and that keeps fatigue down. Also watch how she transitions into and out of different challenges. Those transitions don't take much energy but they will shed many seconds off the race and that is all it takes to be top.
Sorry...disagree. She can run...she can lift...she can swim. Not the best at handstand walking or rowing (coz she's not tall). But she's good enough at everything else. And her coach is not as experienced as Bergeron or the invictus coaches.
Disagree too, she does what everyone else does, but faster and quicker. She has a combo of stamina and strength.
