This is actually very impressive work. These videos make wrapping look much easier than it is. I just finished a whole bike with SW900 diamond blue and wrapping those hard corners isn't a piece of cake. It really is an art form and proper technique is priceless. Great job
LOVE the RD 350 !! I used to have a Kawasaki 350 Triple... Both bikes were like little 'rocket-ships'... leaving a bluish 'contrail' as they flew down the road at full throttle. But the RD had a better, more rigid frame and a bit narrower. Great Fun for 'around town'...
Can I get a link to your vinyl hang up set up? Been looking for something like that but can't find anything also if u could wrap a fz07 that would be great I struggle with the back corner 😅
when i wrap bikes i wrap with the panels on the bike then remove them to trim. dont know if that would make it any easier for you guys or not. although i wrap alone so i dont get the benefit of having a second pair of hands. which would definitely be nice to have
You might have your answer already, but, from a custom painter, I can tell you that, A: legally, you can't maintain DOT certification if you alter the surface of the helmet. (I don't know if that applies to vinyl or not, but I do know that you can't "legally" recreate a DOT sticker) B: No one really cares, but if you're apprehensive, cut out around the original DOT sticker. C: we paint helmets all the time. Personally, I mask off the DOT sticker and then pull the masking when it comes time for clear coat
I bought some vinyl wrap that look like it was going to match the Amber on my wheels perfectly, and then after Heating and stretching it it's lighter now in color. Other than trying to find a darker color to start with, any tips on how to prevent that from happening?
It depends on the wrap and how it is installed but generally speaking no if it is installed correctly it wont leave any adhesive behind when you want to remove it
My thoughts exactly! Save that replica and do this on a plain color or bare carbon helmet instead, plus you wouldn't see the lines showing through from covering a graphic. Other than that the workmanship was awesome!
@motownautospa I understand that but the difference in price with these high end helmets between graphic and solid/bare is a lot so if you want the qualities of that particular model and then cover it in vinyl just to be protected then what's the point of spending the money on the graphic. If it's a protection thing then wrap it in clear so the original graphics can be seen or sell it to someone who would appreciate it more and get a plain one to wrap. No matter what, it doesn't make sense to me.
I’m in the middle of wrapping my motorcycle.. I’ve been trying not to heat very much because I was under the impression it would cause too much stretch and would lift up in the deep curves. You guys are not having any problems with that?
They will do in a few months. Less heat the better. Lay the wrap into the recesses rather than stretch it in. Or take the stretch from the flat area so the material in the recess isn't stressed.
It can take damage similair to your paint. It is meant to be a sacrificial, temporary layer to protect your paint. Rock chips, pinstriping, UV protection is with paint protection film, not vinyl necessarily. But well cared for wraps can typically last for 3-5 years here in AZ, even longer if protected further with ceramic or ppf.
You're not supposed to use even any regular stickers on your helmet as the glue might react with the plastic of the helmet. Then it softens the helmet and it wouldn't protect as well as it's made for. There are special glues for this matter and I don't think the vinyl maker considers anything in this regard.
Anything you feel on surface you will see through wrap. Dents, chips, failing paint.. The helmets design was embossed slightly under the vinyl after wrapping.
Many shops turn down bikes because they are extremely difficult, technical pieces to wrap. It is also hard to price, small amount of film, large amount of time. We do plenty though! Just got to find the right shop or installer that can take on the challenge
On top of what WrapSesh said, it's really hard to warranty a wrap job on a race bike. It's a real PITA dealing with that, so avoiding the liability as well as the inherent difficulty of wrapping a bike makes it easier to just say no.
I found a local shop to wrap my bike but it's 1500 bucks.. Lot of cash for something that probably will be low sided at some point lol. But I agree very hard to wrap a bike..
@@shanebaker439 our price point sits in the $1000-2000 range as well. It's a labor of love you are paying for, and with wraps, you really do get what you pay for!
My favorite part of the video was the RD350 at the end! I see you dont really respond to comments, but Ill ask. What is that thing you used to hold the fender down?? Thanks
I've seen cars wrapped, but this is the first time I saw a motorcycle wrapped. It's a whole different beast. Great work! Oh, I also like that you colored your eyebrows to match your hair, so many women dye their hair, but leave their eyebrows alone.
I'm sorry but its not impossible or even almost impossible to do a helmet by your self. I've done it several times. And the hardest one was 2 recesses and 2 main body lines. I've done 1 in 1 whole piece before. Of course ill never do that again lol. But I can be done in 1 piece. Just takes 3 times longer lol.
It's crazy fabulous girl to have 10 bikes. How I wish to have one but I'm sorry to have limited budget to get one. hi beauty be always care. More power to ur channel.

13:17 did she burn her leg on the muffler
It would appear so! For someone who rides a bike, Vixen sure knows her way around one 😅
That’s exactly what I thought lol
Good observation but she took it like a champ and didnt even mess the scene up!
yes she did xD
I have a few of those myself!
How did you guys make that helmet holder? also what do you guys suggest to hold up tank and front fairings of the bike?
Liked & Subscribed, great video, look forward to all your content, Aloha, Kenneth
Great videos. I’m wanting to get into vynil wrapping & im learning a lot from you guys. Do you have a link for the finishing laminating tape?
Hay. Awesome nice warping. Which vinyl you use.
Cool stuffs. May I ask how long would vinyl wrap like this last? Does it depend on weather (hot, cold .etc)?
Can I get a link to your vinyl hang up set up? Been looking for something like that but can't find anything also if u could wrap a fz07 that would be great I struggle with the back corner 😅
That's excellant absolutely seamless, way better than paint. So now I need somewhere in the UK that's as good as you guys
My favorite install is Joffrey, from Pro Wrap, in the Netherlands.there are lots of reputable shops in the UK too, try looking them up on Instagram!
Erm Yanamize.
Think he has a vid or two on TH-cam.
You never showed the finished product 😞
What kind of cut tape do you guys use?
when i wrap bikes i wrap with the panels on the bike then remove them to trim. dont know if that would make it any easier for you guys or not. although i wrap alone so i dont get the benefit of having a second pair of hands. which would definitely be nice to have
you mean an extra sexy pair of hands
hey, where did you buy your glove ? I need one which doesn't scratch the wrap
Where can we buy this covering ?
How much do you guys wrap helmets for? I want to ask around my local area for prices but dont want to be ripped off
Can I know the brand name of your sticker for wrapping ?
What brand/model is that heat lamp you guys are using?
What do you secure the wrap with on the bottom of the filter? I’m trying to wrap my V Star 1300. Maybe my helmet.
When wrapping a helmet, are you required to re-sticker it with the safety certification stickers, or is it okay if they are no longer visible?
You might have your answer already, but, from a custom painter, I can tell you that, A: legally, you can't maintain DOT certification if you alter the surface of the helmet. (I don't know if that applies to vinyl or not, but I do know that you can't "legally" recreate a DOT sticker)

How much do you charge to wrap a helmet?
Great job 🤙

will the blade cut damage the helmet surface?
Why torches instead of heat (air) guns?
Do these wrap leave sticky residue if you want to take them off?
It depends on the wrap and how it is installed but generally speaking no if it is installed correctly it wont leave any adhesive behind when you want to remove it
Is it really safe to vinyl wrap motorcycle tanks. Can't this be vulnerable to petrol damage?
Does this compromise the safety of the helmet ?
Amazing wrap
wtf! you just vinyl wrapped an Andrea Iannone's agv replica helmet???
A customer is always right 😉
My thoughts exactly! Save that replica and do this on a plain color or bare carbon helmet instead, plus you wouldn't see the lines showing through from covering a graphic. Other than that the workmanship was awesome!
when the customer has 3 s1000rr's and a HP4, a replica helmet is just meh...

I wrapped the plastics on my cbr f4i all by myself, it sucked sooooo bad, nothing to prop them up, front fender was the worst, helmet sucked as well
Definitely hard to pull these types of panels without an extra set of hands. Just gotta get real creative !
I just asked a local shop to wrap my race bike and they said it couldnt be done.. Guess they lied.. Awesome job

shes really good in wrapping
Nice video. What is the title of the background music?
Ryan Nery There were two songs I noted: No Sugar Coated Love, by Tape Machines; and Rejection, by Killrude
Your wrappings are beautiful just like you guys, liked your video just in o:23 SEC ,
Some of those recesses should be layed in more in my opinion. The less heat you use the longer the wrap maintains its integrity.
Where can I buy that hat??
Hit us up on email wrapseshaz@gmail.com
Video start at i dont know. Maybe never
10 bikes for a perfect 10 woman 😍🤤
Good job and good entertainment
I met kitayy in Cleveland at the ims. Cool AF
WHY WRAP? Isn't painting easier than warping?.

Very nice
bruh she burnt her leg bro hahahaha
Why someone would want to cover the carbon fiber on that helmet is beyond me? The carbon fiber is so much cooler than the wrap they put on it.
If you ever want to sell the RD350 I'll have it!
Где итог?
Awesome!!!
Oh the beautiful RD350 !
