Hard to do by hand. In many ( but not all cases) just need a vaccuum form table, and a heat lamp. I've got a few old videos on my channel, how it's done basically
@@Ruthlessbone Finances/time at the moment, have been tough, but I'll be doing more vacuum wrapping videos later though. :) It's still experimental stage.
That is Badass! That is the best machine for small pieces. Your always showing the latest and greatest advancements in vinyl. CK the Greatest WRAPPER ALIVE!
Appreciate all the videos! your videos is what got me to start wrapping my truck myself 3 years ago. wrapped 3 more trucks since then. great job explaining the tension re-leaf points..
I really would love to see you do more motorcycle fairings !! PLEASE... I learned everything from your videos and it was helpful as heck for my first ever wrap (which was a 2015 yamaha r1).... the side fairings KILLED ME... But I did my best. otherwise, the whole rest of the wrap job looked PERFECT!!
Build yourself a vaccuum forming table, and get a heat lamp. ;) If not sure what I mean, check out my motorcycle wrap vac form table vids, to give an idea, of how quick it is.
Easy and not as time consuming wen I done few bikes it take two ppl one holding it nightmare, if I was still doing this I’d be interested in making one these
Wow it's been so long since I've seen your videos. I was following you 5 yrs ago when you barely had any subs and now here you are with almost 400K. In fact, you still have the video up I requested during a live stream you were doing to wrap a laptop (you did rose gold chrome)! Now I gotta learn all your videos over again because I finally have a car that is wrap worthy (02 Mustang). I also have recently learned I made a mistake not pursuing this further because I have seen missed opportunities to make side money doing it. But I guess it's never too late, right? Paint is extremely expensive, almost not worth it. I think wrapping is a big part of the future!
Appreciate the video because right now I’m trying to wrap the fairing on bmw k1200r it is an understatement of a headache, so what is this machine called and where do I find it because I will put this in my garage
Yo - wrap Jesus ! Can you explain how to wrap a complex front bumper like a Supra? New ones. Trying to plan out wrapping that and between that the hood and the trunk? Idk how hell to wrap it. Obviously you don’t have to wrap it on your channel but maybe a quick tip or two on very complex major items on a car? Apologize if you did this before with an exotic
You would have to use the inlay technique. This guy did a lexus bumper with a bunch of inlays. Turned out great! Not rookie stuff though. th-cam.com/video/oMgM1WPkb3Y/w-d-xo.html
firstly thank you for your concise videos. My apologies, this is a bit off topic but is there a chrome wrap for windows?... This coming from a props guy looking to tint a visor.
What is your rule of thumb for post heating? do you have a certain temp you hit the wrap with or do you say like 15 seconds on a single area is enough? I know you want to "kill" the memory to the wrap in those zones and at the edges to keep it from lifting
We need more motorcycle complex shape wrapping fam!

@@animationcycles7109 nice bro! Just checked them out and subbed. Maybe you should do more.

That really is cool. I’d like to ask if vinyl wraps like this will resist rubbing say against motorcycle boots.
Man you are amazing, omg, one of the best masters and kind ones... 🤩🤩🤩🤩
Great Techniques ! Always impressed with your work CK.
That setup is dope af. That’s always my problem getting a good anchor with smaller parts

Awesome video.....very very helpful to be honest. Thank you for making these videos.
Great videos, I would love to see you wrap a front fender on a Porsche 914
I like this idea...
Looks like a s1000rr seat cowl. Show the entire bike wrap. Would be awesome to see that bike being wrapped and how you approach it.
Hello. Wrapping on Motorcycle parts close to engine is durable with calor generated from engine ?
Wonder if it is possible to use a vaccume form for these kind of parts.

You could use a silver window film like R20 from Llumar. It is technically for commercial buildings, but would work on a car.
@@xlntmike Tank you so much mike !
I need this station 😢
THANK YOU.
10/10.
Very Much APPRECIATED.
did you make that jig? do you have a video of making it?

From my experience (amatour) you learn it by looking, you do see when its readdy and when you F it up 😜 best tip, learn by doing 👌
My bmw is blue but id rather it be white or red. I might try something like this
