I started doing this for 3 months it is really effective guys my abs start to appear and I feel my core is more stronger, I have been doing all type of abs exercises but the result was not satisfying, after starting doing this video every morning the results are incredible!!

I’ve done this work out several times, and my goal is to make it the whole way through without resting. Today I finally made it to the second to last exercise. This workout is killer! I’m in good shape and it’s challenging 💜💪🏼

The walking plank following the saw was where I noticed this becoming challenging. Really had to focus on my form and not cheat. Thanks for the quick challenge. This is something my wife and I will visit a few times a month from now on.
Youre the frigging best. No lie, relaexed attitude, good music, all your videos rock, working on them with my mom in the am really patched some rough stuff in our relationship. Thanks

For the third time, I managed to do this!! Yes!! Abs, shoulders, arms on fire. What helped me was to put my headphones on and listen to my own music :)

Found out my core was strong from doing all your abs workout, but my shoulders need some work - they were really tight after. Thank you for this one, I'll have to do this more often so my shoulders can hold up longer.

I'm 60, starting exercising about 1 year ago, changed my eating and dropped 35lbs. I'm happy to say I am strong enough to do this challenge. Love it!
