    That was a little gem!! 😅 Total killer in 5 short minutes haha. Definitely will be adding this one on at the end of future workouts and ab days...if I'm not already completely finished!!!😆😆😉

    I love doing these short workouts during days where I am working from home and tend to spend sooo much time sitting down! I usually mix them up with some of the warm up videos :)

    i know..write each exercise on paper..tape it to the wall..download an interval timer..set it up and voila..Did this workout and its pretty effective for me..had few breaks..the main thing for me was finding where to inhale/exhale through each exercise and trying to maintain core engagement and posture..Thanks for this plank workout.

    Completed first go. Straightforward from a muscular perspective but dyspnoea is my limiting factor. Not her best video for the reasons detailed by others. Her form is excellent though her repeated ‘rests’are reassuring but needless.

    I've done this challenge many times before and as I was doing it today, I saw my progress in doing the exercises and how I can stay in positions better and breathe more easily. I am really happy to see this improvement in my body strength...thanks 💗

    Often I dismiss great workout videos because of the background music. Certainly not the case with yours! Your music choices are complementing, not distracting 🙂

    Tough plank workout but you really need a voice over as it's impossible to know when the change over of exercise is happening. Proper form would have you looking at the ground for the whole workout, so this would really benefit from some vocal queues. Thanks.

    Awesome. I can do static elbow plank for 5 minutes on some good days. But will like to incorporate these variations in my routine. You sure inspire.

    With head facing down in plank, I really wished for a timer between the exercises, and maybe some verbal instruction as well.

    It would be useful to add a timer so we know it’s coming to next exercise. Adding voice over to let us know what’s the next exercise is super helpful too 😉

    Honestly, I need a your instruction voice over. Otherwise, i just find it difficult to follow along as I cannot doing the exercise and keep looking up my telly at the same time.

      My trainers are from Adidas... the NMD_1 version and they have lots of gorgeous colours to pick from... they are perfect for training! I hope this helps Cx

    Killed neck looking up at tv , plus I had to break plank to look up.
    I’ll do it using phone now so I will have it in front of me on the floor.
    But please use timer. You are great
