58:46 that's the Master Grade Expensive version of the Unicorn Gundam. It's got tons of stuff. Pretty awesome kit. But will get you broke lol

Not all Gunplas you see in the second video are expensive. Maybe like 2 or 3 of them are expensive and the rest of them not so expensive

@@Deff-Soul that gonna be hard to tell you because different places have different prices. There no concrete price for one model kit

@@Deff-Soul average high grade model kits usually range from upwards to 5-10+ dollars and they are good enough in my opinion, but if you want em bigger with better details like master grades, real grades, and perfect grades that's where you start spending upwards from 30 to a hundreds of dollars depending on the size and amount of parts, but its definitely worth every dollar though, compared to most model kits sold on the market, like bruh have you seen warhammer figure prices, like a single soldier with no color and less parts sell for like 20 dollars like these figure companies are bs, meanwhile bandai is pulling out all the stops even on a basic 5 dollar rx-78 beginner grade gundam with more color, parts, and complexity while maintaining its rigidity thats how good bandai model kits are, they are a bang for your buck

@DEFF-SOUL just so to help. Speaking from experience...
high grades tend to be $12- $30 depending on kit online and in store would be $20-45 though a few of them could be over $90 if you're not careful
Real grades range from $25-35 with some going to about $80 or more(don't get me started with the premium Bandai kits. They usually are hard to find or overpriced for over $200 on this grade)
Master grades go from $56 - $75 and have some that'd be more....Ver. Ka.s are usually higher on price due to designs being better though they are not known for being toyed with much (some premium Bandai go for near $200 only three kits here go over $500 to maybe $800)
Perfect grades are the top on price tag and as this TH-camr mentioned ... "research it before you take the plunge" these range around over $300 for most kits.. all three unicorn units are ranged at $270 without the separate led kit required for the lighting of the kit( there's quite a bit premium Bandai versions here.... they can be as high priced as above +$1000 on the official Bandai site. Be careful)

No grade kits can run for 5-12$ High Grade is 15-300 depending on the specific kit. Master Grade 25-150 again depending on the specific kit. Perfect Grade start between 80-300. I have a 1/144 Rx-78 GP03 Dendrobium that kit set me back 350.00

Enjoyed the video, and just some additional notes from a Gunpla builder.
As far as the second video goes, the reason there was the "same" ones throughout is because they are all actually different.
In Mecha Gaikotsu's video he is talking about different model kits not the Mobile Suits themselves, each with different build qaulities and design qaulities.
No. 19 on his list was the [Master Grade] [Nu Gundam Ver. Ka] which is a different design, scale & grade from the No. 11 on the list the [Real Grade] [Nu Gundam], Ver. Ka kits are always a different design of the same base mobile suit, so while similar they are in fact different.
No. 14 [Perfect Grade] [Unicorn Gundam] again this is different from the, [Master grade EXtreme] [Unicorn Gundam], being a different grade, scale and design, as well as different equipment.
No. 10 the [High Grade] [Gundam RX-78-02 Origin] as a note MechaGaikotsu seems to have made a typo by missing the 0 before the 2, but did mention it was the Origin version, this version of the Gundam is the RX-78-02 not the RX-78-2, from the Gundam The Origin series, this is similar to the Ver. Ka kits, where they are the same base, but a different design and take on things, as for the No. 02 [Perfect Grade] [Gundam RX-78-2 Unleashed] it is an updated version of the Previous Perfect Grade, but again is different to the Origin version at No. 10, with different design elements to it, and being an etirely different scale.

    • @creditguys1358
      @creditguys1358 ปีที่แล้ว +5

Mecha Gaikotsu also did a video called [WHO'S YOUR GRANDADDY? - HG Gundam Revive, G40, Beyond Global and Origin Mega Review!]
Which actually compares multiple versions of the RX-78-2 model kits, because of how different the look and design of them can be.

Most gundams that look heavy from all the attachments and overall sized would usually be slower, but then again in space there is no gravity, therefore even a brick can go mach 2 with just a fire extinguisher attached to it, so imagine the full armored gundam with all its thrusters pushing that huge behemoth the mass alone would help it accelerate twice than the thrusters could output, it can drift through space in the speed it would take a freaking latest gen fighter jet within seconds

44:18. That my friend is the unicorn gundam perfectibility, also known as "plan b"
It's an alternative timeline version of the unicorn gundam where all three unicorn units were fused as one gundam.
Containing the armed armors XC, BS, and VN from the banshee
The twin armed armor Defensive extension shields and tail flight stabilization plus the blue pyscho frame from the Phennix gundam
All built onto the body of the original unicorn.
I still haven't found the ova anime movie it comes from

i always loved the design of the EX-S gundam but sadly it doesnt get much love (i think its because of owning rights or something?) but i still think that the EX-S gundam design is peak mobile suit design. The Pale Rider is also really cool.

12:30 its so cringe when people cant say japanese/names right. I'm with you bro! Aside from that some people have the most weirdest and f'ed up accents...just..ICK....
13:20 Strike Noir is one of my faves for different reasons but what sets it apart from Strike is how it specializes in Medium/close range fights with the sabers and pistols. It looks as if its the cross between strike and freedom.
To answer your question, the Strike Noir is from the special OVA/Movie called Gundam SEED C.E. 73: - STARGAZER - , which is about the Stargazer Gundam. In one of the Build Dive series, a female Meijin (grandmaster/champion) had their own unique and updated version of the Stargazer Gundam called the Luna Gundam (I believe is the name). The Stargazer had the original purpose of exploration and scientific research only, but had the capability of storing and using infinite energy from solar rays/radiation.

Barbatos pilot, Mikazuki Augus, is a certified badass because of two reasons, he is a remorseless killer and he is able to pilot Barbatos with the limiters turned off. He is shirtless because the control mechanisms interface directly with his spine.
