Good morning Lucy I hope you are well. Day 7 completed 😊. It was really good and definitely got the heart pumping!. I personally enjoyed the door slamming visuals they were really clever and effective. I didn't follow the eating plan but tried to eat a healthy diet especially after Xmas with occasional treats. I definitely felt my jeans were a bit less snug!!. I also try to do 20 mins walk 3 times a week and always followed this 7 min work out with your 5 mins cardio. Really good challenge and looking forward to more. As always Lucy you are the gift that keeps giving and we all are so grateful. Hi Lucy 😊 I’m combining this challenge with one of your 15 minute walking workouts and 7 minute arms daily to feel more confident in myself and my clothes. I’m on day three and although I’m finding it challenging I always come away feeling accomplished when the workout is over. I did this challenge a couple of summers ago and I lost around 14 pounds, my waist was more defined and I could see the outline of abs so I’m looking forward to seeing the results again this time around! Thank you so much for your work❤
Just to add for anyone reading this… I lost the 14 pounds over a period of around 3 months, this definitely didn’t happen over the 7 days! Consistency is key!! Keep going and you will see results❤
7 day update (if anyone is interested😂)… whilst I’ve not seen a change on the scales I am finding I can work more intensively during these exercises, I’m getting fitter and stronger. It’s veeeery sweaty but I feel so good after I’ve done it and I’m constantly thinking how thankful future me will be for me doing these now ☺️
I did this the first 4 days with your arm workour and couldn't continue it for thr rest of the days cause i got busy,bt today i checked my measurements and i lost 1.5 inches from my waist. I stsrted working out again today and hopefully will lose more and more thank you lucy
