Being a leech doesn’t seem to carry the embarrassment that it once did. Also a lot of people are not putting in the time and work to build a good stable life, they want everything quickly with as little effort as possible. People will even ask you to donate something to their friend, because they don’t want to part with their own money. For everyone who is financially stable, the leeches may be watching.
I had this younger insurance agent (I was 50 and he was early 30's) who started hitting on we after he had to gather info to combine my car and homeownwer's insurance. He was privy to my personal info, such as the fact that i own my home, car, and everything else. And also have no debt. He started text me and trying to hook up. I mean, it's hilarious to me that this fool thought he was being smooth when all along i knew exactly what he was doing!!! But just like Miss Faye has taught us, i will NEVER enter into a relationship with a man that i would have to support and really has nothing to offer. Hell no!!!

My neighbor was in her late 40's and her husband was 25y/o. She stayed at home and took care of the house and he worked and provided. She got him in debt with credit cards. The same thing happened to my little brother. So it don't always happen the way you said it.

It goes back to his high school days when the the very older neighborhood "candy lady" need someone to drive her to Sam's Club to buy items for her to sale. From there he grew "up" to go into the computer I.T. field. One of these older woman he ran across taught him about other streams of income thru rental property. Being IT with no children he took contract jobs across the country. Today he's in his early 40s he has 5 rental properties in areas where he worked, with a goal to retire at 55. So like you said an younger woman can learn from an older man it goes vice versa.

I just had to check a lech friend. She never has anything and always begging. I have known her 30 years and never asked her for anything. We were out and I left my money in the car . I asked her for $6 to buy something. She probably owes me a million dollars over the past 30 years. When we got to my car she was like give me my $6 back. The next day we were at a street blues show and they collect tips. Just like every week when we are there I put my tip in and she turns to me and says let me get a few dollars to tip. I said when are you going to give me my money back? She I got my own money and pulled out her purse and tipped with her own money. I asked her why you asking me for money if you have money? She said she doesn’t have any money to waste. I said I don’t either so don’t waste my money. The next week she texted me asking for $60 because her car broke down? Nope. I wouldn’t even notice her leaching if she didn’t ask for the $6 back. I have never asked her for anything in 30 years. I learned that relationships need to be tested.
I also learned that relationships need to be reciprocal. My own mother is a selfish leech, so I recently placed boundaries & decided not to do anything for her anymore since I never ask for anything, but the one odd time I ask for a favor, she won’t help, so the million times I’ve helped & given her money are over.
I know some women like that but it sure is not me. I get lots of offers and all that I say to them is "boy bye". Instead of being flattered I feel like prey.

I had a former school friend offer to help me rearrange some rooms in my house. I originally told her that I would get around to it when I could. At the time, my mother was declining, so it required a lot of my time to care for her. After she asked about three times to help me I agreed. It was the worst thing I could’ve ever done. Before we finished, she left my house with several hundred dollars worth of items. She wanted everything she saw for herself, her children and her grandchildren. I knew then that she was really not a friend, so I blocked her every way I could, and have decided that I don’t want her in my life. I have always been leery of people, but being in her presence reinforced why I choose to keep people out of my home. She is a leech.

Auntie I almost got tapped by a young man. He pretended to love me and offered to assist me in taking me to the beach for water therapy and to assist with chores. He proposed in short time because he wanted to live and work in my country. The day we signed up to get married I had an anxiety attack and rather than comfort me he walked away. Later the afternoon he took my card to get a church shirt. He ended up buying a full suit shoes belt. I got another attack at church and he didn't even fan me . Other persons came over to assist me even drove me home. I sent his aunt 750 us for our wedding clothes and had to call the police to get my money back after I canceled the wedding. Soon after my married daughter who separated from her husband told me the same man and her were sleeping together for 3 months. My daughter also swiped my card to buy him clothes. This opened my eyes. I blocked him and he used another phone to contact me. Blocked again. This incident made me feel worthless but through your videos and prayer I overcame. Tryst no one. The coworker would ingratiate herself and get control of the checkbook and documents. Move in and mooch off them. I found this out when she moved in with an auntie who was related to me by marriage. I made a surprise visit and found out that this person didn't clean or cook or pay rent but helped auntie manage her bills and had even gone to court with her during a real estate settlement case. I told her relatives who lived in another state to come and check on her if this person did not move out by the end of the year. This leech told me that sometimes a person will just give you a house.👁 After she moved out she latched on to another well to do senior church lady who had a flat in NY where they would fly back and forth because she owned 2 houses....
People have to watch out for leechers because they come in many ways and forms. They are in families they are coworkers, friends or whomever. These people are users and they are also moochers who try and succeed in getting into other folks purses and wallet. They build trust in the person to convince them they care about them and sometimes end up with big 💰, vehicles and a house 🏠. So, folk really need to be more careful and watch out for these types of people who go around leaeching off others for their own selfish benefit.

I had a former school friend offer to help me rearrange some rooms in my house. I originally told her that I would get around to it when I could. At the time, my mother was declining, so it required a lot of my time to care for her. After she asked about three times to help me I agreed. It was the worst thing I could’ve ever done. Before we finished, she left my house with several hundred dollars worth of items. She wanted everything she saw for herself, her children and her grandchildren. I knew then that she was really not a friend, so I blocked her every way I could, and have decided that I don’t want her in my life. I have always been leery of people, but being in her presence reinforced why I choose to keep people out of my home. She is a leech.

I guard my privacy and my home-sanctuary with zeal from the madness of this world. Eight years later the young husband wanted out and he was cunning he got spousal support for a few years he had no job or money! The contract was he didn’t have to work but he had to cook and cleaned the house he played video games no cooking and all what she expected! Then a few years later she met another younger man very good looking and wanted him to serve her meals when she came home she made high power income but I couldn't understand why repeating the same mistakes??? She never once took over just for fun and I found it strange! Auntie I almost got tapped by a young man. He pretended to love me and offered to assist me in taking me to the beach for water therapy and to assist with chores. He proposed in short time because he wanted to live and work in my country.
The day we signed up to get married I had an anxiety attack and rather than comfort me he walked away. Later the afternoon he took my card to get a church shirt. He ended up buying a full suit shoes belt. I got another attack at church and he didn't even fan me . Other persons came over to assist me even drove me home.
I sent his aunt 750 us for our wedding clothes and had to call the police to get my money back after I canceled the wedding.
Soon after my married daughter who separated from her husband told me the same man and her were sleeping together for 3 months. My daughter also swiped my card to buy him clothes.
This opened my eyes. I blocked him and he used another phone to contact me. Blocked again. This incident made me feel worthless but through your videos and prayer I overcame. Tryst no one. My daughter is wicked. She wanted me to marry him so he can stay here to service her.

Ms Faye here is another kind of leech. My coworker who was a friend enemy and her sister were befriending old financially established church ladies and taking advantage of them. The coworker would ingratiate herself and get control of the checkbook and documents. Move in and mooch off them. I found this out when she moved in with an auntie who was related to me by marriage. I made a surprise visit and found out that this person didn't clean or cook or pay rent but helped auntie manage her bills and had even gone to court with her during a real estate settlement case. I told her relatives who lived in another state to come and check on her if this person did not move out by the end of the year. This leech told me that sometimes a person will just give you a house.👁 After she moved out she latched on to another well to do senior church lady who had a flat in NY where they would fly back and forth because she owned 2 houses....
People have to watch out for leechers because they come in many ways and forms. They are in families they are coworkers, friends or whomever. These people are users and they are also moochers who try and succeed in getting into other folks purses and wallet. They build trust in the person to convince them they care about them and sometimes end up with big 💰, vehicles and a house 🏠. So, folk really need to be more careful and watch out for these types of people who go around leaeching off others for their own selfish benefit.
