Our Root Chakra (also called “Muladhara” Chakra) is the connection with the physical body, the physical world and the energies of the earth. It represents security and stability and, being the first and lowest of our 7 main chakras, it is of fundamental importance to our balance. A person with an open and healthy root chakra lives with a stable sense of security, grounding and deep trust. This person will feel safe and comfortable in his or her body and has developed an inner stability and security, regardless of changing and uncertain external circumstances.
Our Sacral Chakra, also called “Svadhisthana” is the second primary chakra and is located in the pelvic area. It is responsible for movement, flow, care, pleasure, relationships, procreation and more. Svadhisthana is all about creating joy, happiness and loving relationships. The gift of the Sacral Chakra is experiencing our lives through feelings and sensations, joy and pleasure. The Sacral Chakra is associated with the emotional body, sensuality and creativity. The energy of the Sacral Chakra allows us to experience every moment as it is, in all its fullness. It allows us to let go and feel change and transformation taking place in our body.
The present music for meditation and/or sleep is based on a natural 432Hz chakra grid. According to this grid, the frequency our root and sacral chakras can resonate with, are 256 Hz for the root and 288 Hz for the sacral chakra.
For this meditation and/or sleep music, all instruments have been specifically and carefully tuned to 256Hz and 288Hz. Therefore, the music in this video is an original 256 Hz + 288 Hz composition and has not been artificially tuned to these frequencies after completion. I am convinced that composing music in the original frequency will lead to better results when it comes to deploying the positive energy and benefits of these particular chakra frequencies.

Thank you for this music. My husband has been very ill for sometime. I have taken care of him until recently. He is in a facility now. I have developed my own health issues now. I am learning to live in a more balanced environment to help myself now. It has been an adjustment after several years of taking care of him. I was so restless last night for a number of reasons. I am blowen away with all the love here on this channel ♥️ made me cry a bit it's amazingly beautiful. I was just going too thank God for all my healings he has performed over the years like my l4-l5 disc reconstruction pre surgery and after. My battle with silicosis of the lungs I am always concerned about that but I know it's healed and how I am overcoming mental awareness with anxiety, ptsd and depression. I feel very similar and I'm glad I'm not the only one who gets teary eyed in the comments. I'm in recovery now for 18 months, and it's the best thing I could ever have done. It saved my life. But it's far from easy. At 12 months in my Dad was diagnosed with cancer. My Mom has been in a state of breakdown and fear. I am helping them as much as possible. I have a 21 year old son with autism who still lives with me and I'm trying to help him get on his feet. I'm so overwhelmed and pray for help every day. I'm actively working on my spiritual life to get stronger. I'm sending you love and every blessing. We will not only survive but thrive. It's hard to see it sometimes but that's faith. I can't actually believe that this was being automatically reproducing while I had a lucid short dream.
My therapist was with me, saying that the problem/pain was right in my heart, and I started shaking in front of her/her words. I could hear background music the whole time. I was shaking and releasing tension involuntarily,very tired, and worrying a bit about my flatmates interrupting our encounter. When I have waken up the music continues. We have been working on my deep trauma lately.
The TRUTH of my heart is that I have always hide it and protect it because I was not in a safe environment,but I want to love and allow LOVE&PEACE into my life...💗

Esta meditación llegó a mis oídos por casualidad,me dormí escuchando otra meditación y al terminar empezó esta …tuve como un sueño lúcido me vi como en la imagen meditando llenándome de rayos de energía que entraban y salían de mi ,pude sentir muchísimo amor y gratitud…me decían con tus manos puedes mover la energía y así lo hacia esto fue realmente único,maravilloso…
