Jump it. Dont sign the title but make sure you have their signature. If they decline then walk away with the money. The person you sell it to will sign where you were suppose to sign. Its illegal but EVERYBODY does it

We have our dealers license so we handle all the paperwork and collect taxes and turn everything into the dmv. If you dont have a dealers license you would need to get the car in your name before selling and they limit you on how many you can sell every year. if you have family close you could always put some in their names. Just dont try to cheat and keep the titles in the previous owners name, that is called curbstoning and the state takes it very seriously. Doi it right and stay out of trouble! good luck, its only nuts and bolts!
How many miles are on this car being flipped? Was the sunroof left as is non-working? How did you know it might just be a motor mount, slightly different sound than exhaust prob?
154k on the miles. We left the sunroof non-working. The motor mount was so bad that it vibrated the whole car and I knew it needed at least that replaced. Once I had the car in the air and the exhaust system looked good I thought there was a good chance the motor mount would fix it all. Thanks for watching.
The videos are pretty easy to make, less than 2 hours each and it doesnt take any extra to film when we are already going to be working. What we make on these cars are legit, and since car prices have come up even more we have been making alot more profit. New video coming soon;)

Hi, what did you mazda sound like with the broken motor mount. How did you know it needed to be replaced.

Cut with wool pads, finish with foam pads. You will have a better experience.
