When I first started flipping Cars about 10 years ago, I used to try to make them as perfect as possible, which in turn takes away from your profit, but then I found out that buyers don’t care on all the work you put into the car, they are still going to offer you the same price. So if the car is 10 to 15 years old, now I only fix what’s absolutely necessary. You could tell the buyer you put new brakes, new tires, full tuneup , expert detail, etc, and it still doesn’t charge their offer. So I said, F this. lol, I’m just gonna give them a very dependable car that looks decent. All they care about is mileage and accidents/clean title.

Borther, you tightend that drain plug like 1000 ft.lbs.. good luck to whoever does the oil change next.. 😂🤙🏻
exactly. Drain plug for example in BWM should be tightened like 25 nm of torque (18 ft.lbs in freedom units).
In his defense ...it is a Hyundai and will blow up soon anyways ...and BMW will leak oil no matter how you tighten anything on it
