I had no problem connecting a usb stick with mp3 files on my 2022 EQS 450+. I just needed a USBc to USBa adapter but it recognized the files right away. Most of my music is from SiriusXM. Thank you for this video on helping me to adjust the bass and treble.
Great to find this channel. Just tested our new song on the EQS 450+ yesterday! Was honestly a tad disappointed - the car has some amazing features but the sound didn’t seem to match the standard I expected somehow just lacked the depth I wanted especially in the sub range. The mid range was very glossy though which I appreciate. Also happy to see I wasn’t the only one struggling with the fiddly volume controls 😂 Also not to be old school but no aux support is anti human 😂 Nice one man solid review!
Totally agree w your assessment. Just looked at the eqs suv today and the sound system was disappointing, especially having had the chance to listen to the b&w in the Volvo/polestar.
I'll be honest with you I think the loudness normalization is actually some form of compression that works regardless of speed, so that there aren't peaks and valleys in the audio. Did you leave it on or turn it off?
I really don't like how they market front bass. they over bass everything in the mid bass and give it no sub bass. its missing so much on the mids and top end as well.
I honestly think that it sounds worse than the S-Class because of the odd Tweeter location on the new EQ models. Don’t know why they placed them on the door itself facing away from the driver. It reflects off the window rather than being shot directly towards the driver. Def not my preference as far as speaker locations in vehicles.
Had my eqe now for 4 months, mines in the garage at the moment as one speaker is just cracking. The bassin the front is ridiculous you feel it through the legs from the woofers or are they subs in the footwells. Could really do with subwoofers in the boot which I am looking into at the moment. First time I’ve had the BM system have to admit it’s great but just lack the rear bass.

definitely not S tier. Watch the Rolls Royce Phantom Bespoke Audio video on his channel. Ok, that's a no-compromise audio system that the option costs 12000 but according to him it's certainly the best audio system he's ever tested, Absolutely unbeatable. Yes, that is an S tier system, in fact it would easily be an S+.

It's great that you use lossless, but can you sample better than CD quality?
Daily motor, the audio quality is S tier, but the sloppy infotainment system knocks this whole sound system to A grade.
