    I never knew what "squeeze" actually referred to and was confused for the longest time. To "squeeze" a single piece of information out of somebody 😅.. I never would've guessed. I thought it meant for the copywriter to squeeze all the information to fit 1 page.

    I love this so much. It's so valuable. I'd love to see a video explaining how to BUILD a landing page as it pertains to a funnel and all the tech associated with it. I have full confidence in learning and adapting my writing. However, the tech and infrastructure has me somewhat bamboozled. Thoughts?

    Hey
    Thanks for the wonderful content.
    I have a serious question:
    I am trying to figure out my path in CW for over a month now.
    My question is: Should I finish all of your free content first? Or I can start directly from Your Paid Content? I can somehow afford it.
    I wanna know what's the best for me...and yeah should I buy Patreon Premium or something from your personal website?
    Please guide me a bit clearly...
    Thanks a trillion in advance🙌

      You don't need any of our paid content to start learning and getting jobs. Our patreon and other paid content is focused on more advanced topics that help you dig deeper and go faster, so we typically recommend people to get a couple jobs under their belt before they buy ANY copywriting product.

    Hey Sean, I want to start as an in-house copywriter, since you said on your basic freelance live masterclass that it's the right way to start. Can you make a guide on how to become an in-house copywriter?

    • @Train_Eat_Rest_Repeat
      @Train_Eat_Rest_Repeat 6 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Here's how I became one:
      1. Googled work experience/internships in copywriting/content writing.
      2. Secured some remote work experience from a internship website, might have been internwise can't remember now but there are loads of them out there.
      3. Did that for about 2 weeks and managed to jump to a proper internship for about 3 months (unpaid).
      4. Started applying for jobs. Got a job as an inhouse copywriter working remotely.

    How do I actually know how to sale my copy services instead of just selling copy? And I know you mentioned no one just wakes up looking for a coach which is true, what types of companies don’t Require the over in depth sales pages ?

  • @YasEl7

    Which software would you recommend to create a landing page?

    • @CopyThat
      @CopyThat  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +6

      To write? Google docs. Microsoft Word. Notepad. A piece of paper. Doesnt matter.
      To wireframe? Most copywriters do not do this, but you can wireframe a page on Google docs or canva.
      To actually build? The vast minority of copywriters do this, but wordpress, wix, squarespace, Dreamweaver... is Dreamweaver still a thing or am I just old? Back in my day we straight up would just write HTML.
      But if you're asking for what you deliver to a client? Google doc or Word doc is fine.

    • @enesballa236
      @enesballa236 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I wanted to add, I think you've mentioned this before, but the pageless format of google docs is great for sales pages and landing pages. @@CopyThat

    I REALLY hate long copy. I NEVER read it, I just skim the headlines and bullets., go to the price and money back guarantee- Then I make my decision (Mostly NO because the price is too high or the money back guarantee is not there or too short)

  • @Imagineitwrite123
    @Imagineitwrite123 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

    For the newbies like myself we have to understand that just because that example of landing copy that helped the client make $4million doesn’t mean if we make great copy that we can expect those big numbers. We have to realize our copy can be on point every time but if the client doesn’t have the trust of their audience or lacks in other ways your copy will perform poorly. For example email copy and the client only has 10k emails to send to, ya if they have targeted emails and a high ticket item then maybe your copy does well but if the client bought the email list (a crap shoot) your copy will perform horribly especially if it’s not a high ticket product or service.
    Ok rant over lol

    I have recently researched about your TH-cam channel and I found your TH-cam thumbnail as good but they're not eye catchy so that people can click on your video. As a graphic designer, I can make your thumbnail more eye-catchy and clickable. So may I redesign the thumbnail for you? Let me know. Thanks.

    Do we still have to design the landing page or we can just write the copy on a Google doc and deliver to the client to take up from there?
