This is probably the best executed apartment tour video I’ve seen! Y’all told us the rent, explained the rooms without telling us about every single little item in every drawer, and had links to stuff in the description. Well done!
I agree. Some apartment tour videos get into every little detail, and both of Cody's apartment tours give just the right amount detail.
Savannah I agree. It bugs me when some say, “and here are my pens I use to write. Here are some forks I have to eat with. And this candle I burn in the evening.” But they don’t show the actual apartment layout. 🙄
Marla Davy I’ve watched a few tours and I found those descriptions sooo unnecessary. I’m interested in layout and decor, I don’t care about someone’s cotton ball holder.

Another extremely well done video! We are middle-aged folks with grown kids and we sold our family home and downsized to a condo in the centre of our city (Toronto). Totally worth the move as city living has enhanced our quality of life - we are actually outdoors and walking more in the city than we ever did in the suburbs. What we, however, need more of are ideas to use our smaller interior spaces better. Thank you both so much for the great ideas regarding hiding technical wires and using space wisely.

I love to see other people living comfortably in smallspaces. I live in a 400 sq. ft studio in Seattle and I haven't been able to take the Murphy bed plunge! Mostly because my dog loves to lie on the bed...
You both move around one another in that space like water~ and how she looks at you while you talk is so sweet! That coffee table, the lamps and tables the wardrobe, art, books, the entertainment center oh my...you nailed it~
It's the way she looks at him when he talks for me. You can see they are in sync. Lovely❤
I literally rewatch this video at least once a month. Every time I need a boost of inspiration to finish decorating my apartment I watch this video and it reminds me that one day I too will have a completed and successfully decorated apartment that's at least half as aesthetically pleasing as this one and I can't wait for that day...so close!!! :-)

I hate small spaces, but your's is the first studio I think I could actually live in (except for the fact that the bathroom is not big enough for a kitty litter pan). The way you designed and decorated your apt is perfect. So well thought out. A place of everything and everything in its place. Congrats on a great job!!!! PS: Are you both really that neat? 😉

The way you guys go about things and your thinking behind it just makes so much sense and it's so calming and refreshing to see and listen to. I absolutely love love love the way your space turned out and I very much enjoyed the process behind it which to me was the most important part. This video though was the cherry on top

So well organized, practical, tasteful, so clean and everything flows and comes together. The balcony is the icing on the cake. And, of course, very nice couple.
My wife and I just moved last month and in our new place we now have a blue velvet sofa; Lindome from IKEA. We also have the same double bookshelf setup you guys went with. I was never a huge fan of the natural wood look in a home (I’m not sure why) but we took a chance on it and we love it.
