Also recently I was involved in a break that were auctioning off packs of cards where one person hit three patch autos in three strait bids(one per box). I checked his bio and he was a big card dealer that sold himself and had ties to certain buyers of repacks. No doubt there are a loyt of sketchy things going on, be careful who you choose to deal with.
I broke ufc cards for about a year, pulled many really massive cards, never stole, never even thought of stealing. I would buy cases and occasionally open boxes for myself, no weighing involved and would always be open with people participating in breaks if i pulled something massive from the case in a personal box

I had a live breaker for pokemon refuse to send my pokemon cards to me. They ghosted my messages. I reported them to twitch devs. They deleted the vod and tried hiding all evidence. Still nothing has been done. I did go to my bank and reverse the transaction to get my money back.
I do group breaks and it is not an easy thing to do. You have to find product offer it at a fair price hope people want it and buy it so you can make a little money after you package it and mail it to the proper customers. However the easiest thing to do should be being honest and give people what they win. My wife and I break together and no matter what people win we send it. Our reputation is worth more than a few thousand dollars. However sometimes you do find yourself drifting off camera when you are breaking please call out your breaker. We break on multiple platforms at the same time and some times we favor one camera more than the other. Group breaks aren’t for everyone and they are for entertainment purposes as much as winning a great card. Please break responsibly and know that you will miss more than you hit but it only takes one big hit to make it all worth it.
Since I was a kid I noticed there were greasy dealers ripping off little kids so whenever I see someone successful in the hobby, they have to be the greasiest dealer out there
Before I heard about the controversy I bought into a break with Platinum Card Breaks, won a case hit card, it was an Oklahoma city thunder Phazes rookie along with a dozen other cards, every card showed up except the case hit, I reached out to them, got a generic reply about how they would look into it and never heard anything else. These breakers are terrible
I had a monster break and a top breaker didn’t send me 90% of the cards and whatnot only refunded me about half the price I paid but not the actual value of the cards they didn’t send me
That 22-23 UD metal hockey is supposed to have 7 cards per pack right? If that’s the case then that breaker on the last clip was def doing something hinckey. If you watch the clip I swear he only shows 5 cards where the hell are the other 2?
From personal experience opening an absolute absurd amount of metal, there’s nothing in that pack, any hit would’ve been where the insert was. Looks like the stack slid over and he was pushing the base pile back together to continue stacking
I think with breaking you just have to find a honest breaker and stick with them I know it can be hard. With all the scandals but barbell breaks has been great for me personally and others and if you hit a super big card you fly out and meet them and pick up they hit the stroud downtown 1/1 A stroud kaboom 7/10 and a Brock Purdy 1/1 that they all had people fly out and meet them
I've never trusted the majority of breakers and to date I've only ever participated in a Live Break from Dave and Adams. As big as they are and as high a reputation as they need and want to maintain, I trust that they would never do anything nefarious. I hope my trust in them isn't fools gold
I recently got a nice wemby card worth at least 2k.. hopefully the breaker sends the card. If they don’t, can yall call them out and expose them? This specific breaker already has complaints of them stealing the hit
Hi wondering if anyone here in comments or whatever can help me out. I pulled two different JJ Mccarthy out of 2024 wild card auto mania. The 1 of 1 auto has stats on back that say his height 6'8 and weight 322lbs. His other card says 6'2 220lbs..I'm assuming that's error on the auto. Is that a card worth getting graded or is that a typical error that most prints have. I posted a real short 30 second vid of the cards if seeing it helps...thanks
I bought into 1 break and I bought the Detroit Lions and he pulled a Aidan Hutchinson green wave auto to 10 case hit and he didn't post the video and he claimed it was not the box I bought even though it was.i'll never buy into another 😢
My son is into hot wheels. He can never get the rare ones because there are men at the stores when they open EVERY morning. The workers have told me. When I really think about it the behavior sounds like addiction. I believe cards and hot wheels become an addiction to some of these people and they start to exhibit the type of behavior an addict would. Even though they know whatever they are doing is obvious, getting their fix (cards or hot wheels) is what is most important to them, at any cost.
I was buying a lot off whatnot (over a year and a half ago). So much that I couldn't keep track of my purchases. One time I did realize I never recieved a '59 Clemente I won in auction. I contacted the seller (out of Orlando) He said he had accidentally sold it and would replace it with something comparable. He kept dodging the responsibility (for like a month) so I had to get whatnot to step in. My point being is this dude was shady and I wonder how many other cards he never shipped out to me.
It’s sad. The true meaning behind sports card breaks has been mostly lost to the salesman tactic found on these breaking apps. There are still some great breakers out there who care about their community they’ve built up, but it gets overshadowed by these guys who somehow get people to flock to their groups even after getting caught doing shady stuff. Like any profession, the negative always outshines the good. I still jump into breaks, but I know my breakers very very well.

Jaspys. They had a late night guy. Shawn My cards went missing then he went missing 😂 😂 called Jaspys wouldn't talk on the phone and gave me a refund
What about jabs family?
What do they do?Or have done?
Since I was a kid I noticed there were greasy dealers ripping off little kids so whenever I see someone successful in the hobby, they have to be the greasiest dealer out there
This is why I break Only with "hitman rips" , "Run good life" and "Philly whiz kids". Nothing but honesty there.
Imagine the ones that don’t get caught‼️
annoying part is breakers giving their people spots ahead of breaks being sold. It seems many are keeping the spots to themselves.
Buddies
Right I noticed that too, break goes live and one guy has 3-4 teams as a bundle already.
@@D_nuggz yup. Or even the breakers taking the best teams. Sometimes i feel that breakers are just using fake names for certain spots
I had a monster break and a top breaker didn’t send me 90% of the cards and whatnot only refunded me about half the price I paid but not the actual value of the cards they didn’t send me
ima write the fbi soon i really mean that
The Brandin Cooks video never gets old
That 22-23 UD metal hockey is supposed to have 7 cards per pack right? If that’s the case then that breaker on the last clip was def doing something hinckey. If you watch the clip I swear he only shows 5 cards where the hell are the other 2?
Chris Gilmore eats his profits
From personal experience opening an absolute absurd amount of metal, there’s nothing in that pack, any hit would’ve been where the insert was. Looks like the stack slid over and he was pushing the base pile back together to continue stacking
I think with breaking you just have to find a honest breaker and stick with them I know it can be hard. With all the scandals but barbell breaks has been great for me personally and others and if you hit a super big card you fly out and meet them and pick up they hit the stroud downtown 1/1 A stroud kaboom 7/10 and a Brock Purdy 1/1 that they all had people fly out and meet them
"No luck getting ahold of Chris. Would you like some credit for the missing
cards?"
Aaaaah dippin' Daniel...those were the days
I've never trusted the majority of breakers and to date I've only ever participated in a Live Break from Dave and Adams. As big as they are and as high a reputation as they need and want to maintain, I trust that they would never do anything nefarious. I hope my trust in them isn't fools gold
Vip rips not on fanatics last week. Did something like this happen again? Anyone jnow?
There's always going to be a scam, opening older wax and resealing, searching rack packs, it's the same difference, different era
Does howdy doody got wooden balls
I bought into 1 break and I bought the Detroit Lions and he pulled a Aidan Hutchinson green wave auto to 10 case hit and he didn't post the video and he claimed it was not the box I bought even though it was.i'll never buy into another 😢
Best video ever great job I won't break ever with on line breakers way to shady
😅😅😅😅i had to come back an watch this again lmao
This is why I do breaks with only one guy and he does a multiple camera system showing P.O.V and frontal angles so there’s no chance of shenanigans.
Are you Rocking a Burlington Bees hat!!! That's about an hour from where I live
Man I watched the VIP rips
Maybe all breaks need to be filmed by an independent camera crew, and all cards need to come in lead-lined boxes so they can't be CT scanned.
