Panini legit doesn't even respond to tickets or redemptions. I've been waiting WELL over a year on 5 tickets, including two redemptions. I can't Imagine them giving any shits about who buys the product as long as product is sold.
5 years for me and I have 15 redemptions and six damage cards that I'm waiting on. I have emailed them for the past 4 years and I have personal email accounts. I have called them off and on for 4 years and have never talked to anybody and never got a reply. I have left probably over 100 voicemails. They are by far the worst most criminal company on the face of this Earth and they continually get away with it.
