    But how do you bring it back to normal because I just want to make highlights or shadows to my drawing.

      You are not going to "bring it back to normal." The idea is to keep one pen in the normal shade, and create highlight/shadow colors in other pens by adding black or white.

      I often buy larger Poscas (5M/8K/17K) and empty them into squeeze bottles for refilling or mixing new colors. There are other brands like Molotow, Ironlak, and Montana that sell refill paints, which can be another good option depending on your needs/preferences.
