Susan, you are the #1 interest in your videos YOU keep me coming back, thanks for the great content. Value priced homes that can't pass inspections and without acreage would most likely be a cash price. Nothing wrong with that if one has the coin up front. The properties with both acreage and established agriculture open up a lot more opportunity for finance options and are often taxed at a much lower rate than a single family dwelling. I lean towards the latter. Plenty of room for critters and crops and I'm significantly less likely to disturb my neighbors with my ridiculous stereo and alcohol habits. As I get older, the only thing that backs me off of the rural south is the lack of access to RFN quality healthcare. Cheers, Dave

Love looking at houses❤❤❤❤..only thing I would like to see in your videos is a click or two, to the left and right when in street view..it would allow us to see the 2 car garage, the side of the house etc...NOT that i'm "nosey"...😮..but..😊😂 someone out there has the potential to be and i..i mean THEY would like.
Recently found your channel. Moved to Wisconsin from California 3 years ago. Bought a house in town for now but will most likely be getting property when youngest child is out of school in a few years so keeping track of what's out there because we don't know where we will move to yet.

Have my eye on house in West Virginia. Front and back porch. Country setting at least two acre's of land close to hill. So no one can build close to me.😂
💙Love your house videos . We want to down size to northern lower peninsula of Michigan , where It still snows In the winter , air is clean . We think you need to add weather the house has electricity fresh well water or city water . Heated with wood , propane or natural gas . Always looking for a good deal . Aso, the roof is not completely flat. The street view from a distance shows it has some pitch.
Sadly, no more fixer uppers for me- but if I were younger, I’d definitely go check that out.
