My first set of claim codes were invalid and i recently submitted a ticket with this text: "I have confirmed with PayPal that my account can receive crypto and I've purchased, sent, and received crypto with this account but the two codes that I received on 2/9/2024 were both invalid. Can I have new codes issued?" and within a week I got new codes that worked! I just wanted to share that maybe enough time has passed that they can actually handle tickets now (in case you want to share). Also, what kind of van do you have? I've been eyeing the Travato 59kl.

Wow that took a while, must have been fun sweating that out. Ionic will send you a welcome email that you should have got and a password to log in and see how many shares you have in your account.

Im getting really fed up with Celcius. Absolutely NO communication from them whatsoever even to support tickets for those who need a wire transfer overseas to get their reimbursement.
This whole process is a shit show. Im in us and gavent recieved distributiin either. No replies from the numerous support tickets Ive submitted. We need a class actiin againt stretto.

Same here. I've just had the 3rd email saying I need to set-up/fix my Coinbase account. However Coinbase accounts are not possible in Thailand. So I guess I'll have to tell them again.

Hi Ben, is there any way to change the stocks received in crypto?
*People who did not get their stocks cannot go to Ionic website as Celsius failed to give a whole list of eligible people to Ionic. So when sending an email to Ionic they say "sorry you are not on the list, ask Celsius". When you ask Celsius you will get a generic email with a link to FAQ but no actual response. Only way might be another law suit here*
I'm in this boat. Sort of. I received an email back from Ionic saying that they see my name o the list but there is no "share amount with my name" and then it says to contact stretto. What an f@k1n mess this is.

Probably the same way your initial distribution was (so crypto for most) but it’ll be a specific dollar amount of crypto.

If we are above 9k and were put into convenience class, will we get an email notify us we will be removed? Second question - would we then get a second distribution if we recieved $3500 already?
Not sure about a notification you’re removed. It should be automatic. And yes you’ll get a second distribution.
What if we (clawback accounts) don't settle with the litigation trust and still have money on Celsius?
Does the 1 year also count for us or is this money gone which they hold back?
That’s a complex question. They may sue you. And then you’d have to fight that. And we don’t know 100% they won’t liquidate your $ and give you USD.

Any thoughts on the clawback and the new deadline?
The extension shows exactly how desperate they are. I don't believe for a second that they've had "tremendous response" as they claim in that extension email.They know they don't have a strong case against non-insiders and probably want to avoid any lawsuits because there's a good chance they'll lose in court. Likely there will be more extensions and lower settlement offers as the new deadline draws closer. Not legal advice.

Hi Aaron, thanks for your hard work! Would like to check, how should I calculate my "claimed value" ? How is the $6,045 calculated?? I remember I was classified as the "Convenience Class" (without any other choices in the ballot form) because the value was derived by multiplying my crypto by the coin values at the point of liquidation date. However, in your video, it is the coin value as of 16/1/24 to calculate the claimed value. So I should take my crypto X coin value as of 16/1/24 and my value is higher than $6,045. By the way, I haven't received any email from stretto about the revocation though.

Thanks Aaron. I am in the earned class and still have never even received my claim codes or emails about the ionic digital stock -even though I received all previous emails. I have sent emails and they last responded that I need to send my TIN number. I don’t know what that is since I do not have a business account. They also want me to verify social security number which I really don’t want to send through emails. Do you have any advice?
Hm. Just make sure it’s a legit email. If they want your socials then they may need that.

Any idea what time frame they're working with? My claim is only like 450 usd or so, which might be to low for them to bother. Any idea?

I'm anxious for the criminal proceedings against Mashinsky to begin. I know it won't garner 1/10 th the attention the SBF trial got but if he gets convicted and goes to jail for roughly the same time SBF did. it will make stomaching the losses I incurred from Celsius a little easier to handle.

Has anyone received there distributions through cheque or wire transfer (who are not eligible to receive crypto through Coinbase/PayPal). I'm in Sri Lanka where Coinbase is not supported. Stretto informed that I will receive my money through wire transfer or cheque. But I'm still waiting

It's so frustrating that I'm still getting stretto emails saying "Action required, You are receiving this email because no Coinbase account was found matching the details on file for you. As such, Coinbase was unable to complete your claim distribution", While in other emails they have already said that I will receive my distribution through cheque/wire transfer.

Can you explain why if there is any clawbacks later on and more of our losses recouped the convenience class wont be eleigble for any, thats somewhat unfair isnt it.
That’s just what the plan stated. The CC was put together when we thought we’d get half the recovery so CC was a great option.

Would anyone have opted into the convenience class knowing what we know now? I would say not. How did they arrive at the $6045 minimum threshold for opting out of the convenience class? That seems unfair to anyone having less than that, especially those who have just a little less than $6045. Why not allow everyone who opted into the convenience class a chance to opt out?
6045 X 57.9% is $3500. That’s where they got it.
It amazes me how much time and money is wasted on convenience class, there should have never been a convenience class.
