This is atrocious quite concerning how it's possible to affect every aspect of your life. And yet they still push ahead with claw backs there is no words for these people.
I guess Stretto is using this as a reason to continue NOT sending our distributions... I'm STILL waiting on my first distribution. Un-be-liev-able....

I am also still waiting and I think you are right with your interpretation. It is eye-opening that a company can fool customers systematically for so Long without severe problems from authorities. There is basically nothing we can do, there is no support, but regulations are getting stricter If you want to get your BTC off the exchanges.

I have 2 Factor verification on an old I phone that I use just for that purpose (crypto) and it is not connected to the Internet. Do you think that gives me extra protection from sim swaps?

I have not received one distribution from Celsius/Stretto. In the same email that I received from them - they claimed my email was unreachable was the bogus reason I haven't received my claim number or Ticket number. At this point I want to sue and be made WHOLE! These guys are full of it.

Aaron please can you do an educational video on how to protect ourselves from this like best practices or even tools? Antimalware/antivirus, specialized apps or other tools focused on cyber security or even cyber hygiene or something. I know you talk about Aura but it's only US based and there are global people affected by this. This is really scary and I think many people feel helpless and aren't sure what they can do and just don't want to sit by and wait for a serious physical or cyber attack on themselves. Appreciate all you do and keeping us informed, please keep in consideration for future video ideas thanks man.

hey Aaron!! I'm not from USA. I initially (long time ago) received an email saying I will get a mail-check with my claim, I never got that check so far. Then, around a month ago I got another email saying that I will get my claim by wire-transfer and they sent me a link to submit my bank account wire transfer number and instructions. I already submitted my bank account information (a month ago) and still didn't receive any transfer into my account 😭🤦♂🤦♂ I submitted several tickets asking about my claim, and no response so far. I don't know what else to do.
Probably was paused due to the stretto stuff. Many people submitted their wire info and didn’t get it yet.
