Looks nice but you may need to remove some of those magnets to make the breakaway work a little easier. With all those magnets it may damage the torch if it does not actually break away. The other thing I see is the limit switch design. The yellow flag should pass in front of the limit switch and not move directly at it. This is a recipe for a broken limit switch or worse. With some minor tweaks it could be a nice Z axis but it's a little pricy in my opinion.
I’ve been super busy working and haven’t yet had time to finish the CNC table or get it tested yet he does have several more economical models that I have heard people say have a little bit more movement but on this one it seems to be very rated
@@CreativityUnleashed Yeah what I read was that the Floating head made it a little bit "wobbly". I was looking to purchase the same modell as you or one of the more expensive ones. Could you perhaps check if this is the case? I tried sending them an email but they have yet to respond.
@@olemortenelstad2571 and believe I have the link to the one I got in the description. And since he makes all of them himself and runs the website and everything else he doesn't always have time to get back right away. It's a lot of work running a business by yourself.
