    Your video was well thought out and well explained/executed. I just started trying to spray with an hvlp sprayer and have had a months worth of troubleshooting. My last mini in-line filter was choking my system brand new out of the box so it took me awhile to realize what was wrong. So I removed it and it solved my pressure problem but now I have awful craters that appear (maybe fisheyes) in my paint film. So I assume it’s because of not running a filter. So I bought harbor freight’s newer version by Merlin and of course the inlet and outlet are much larger than any 3/8 hose fitting which I don’t understand because this is a 3/8 filter combo. I suppose I have to go and pick out some reducer connectors or something in the morning. Has anyone else experienced this? Just seems really weird to me. Anyway I was just digging around for some information and came across your video and although it didn’t answer what I was searching for, it was a great informative explanation and demonstration of the benefits of a filter setup.

    Is the only water filter the desiccant or do the other traps also get the majority of the water out before the desiccant trap sees it. I have a 60gallon air compressor and it produces a lot of condensate. It would fill those traps pretty quick. I can drain the tank and still get visible water vapor coming out of the hose.

    • @CreativityUnleashed
      @CreativityUnleashed 19 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@perry9492 of course the refrigerant air dryer is the best option and that’s what I use now. Specially if you use a lot of air, but yes, there is the first water, moisture separator and that removes the majority, but it doesn’t do it. Well if the air is really hot. and the desiccant is only to get rid of the last little bit of moisture.

    Hybrid water heaters SUCK! Period. I have one as a test model in my own home and am a licensed professional at the highest levels with 25 years of experience. There is little difference between brands with build quality. The heat pumps run nearly constantly in hybrid or especially efficiency mode, they burn out, coils ice over and are just generally buggy (don't heat the tank all the way through. I have an 80 gallon in a basement that is always, year-round between 55 and 65 degrees. Well within the operational temps stated by the manufacturer. In efficiency mode it takes 24 hours to heat through from cold, in hybrid mode it takes 12 and straight electric mode electric takes 5-6 hours. I get calls and complaints from owners all the time and there is literally nothing I can do because there is no error code and nor real serviceable parts in the compressor unless you're an AC/R tech, which pretty much no plumber is. So, the manufacturer will give you a new water heater after a good fight, but you will be on the hook for its installation. Gas operated on demand systems are just as efficient if not more so and can actually be fixed if they break and produce endless hot water at 5-6 GPM. Hybrid water heaters are expensive JUNK pushed by the green douche's simply because its electric and that way they can have a single fuel "pipeline" that can at some point, be controlled/regulated and it's not the bad...bad fossil fuel. If you have ANY OTHER OPTION, do that because otherwise I promise well before the factory warrantee is up, you will be getting the dreaded error code for a failed compressor. Yes, some people have no problems and if that's you great, save your breath because you are the minority I have installed literally a few thousand of these now over a decade or more, all brands all sizes and I am here to tell you that 2-3 of every 10 we install fail in the first 3 years. So, 20% to 30% failure rate from the factory. Why am I so mad? Because customers associate these failures with my work, even if they picked the water heater, it must be something we did wrong with the installation, or we must have damaged it when bringing it in. Ect. I have some customers on their 3rd hybrid water heater in 4 years and they appreciate me coming out to help about as much as one appreciates his dentist during a root canal. This is just another example of the green new government working with, schilling for, the manufacture and release to the public of an inferior product in the name of efficiency, that is actually less efficient and cost more to own than most on demand gas water heaters. Oh, but you're saving the planet with electricity from a coal, or co-generated power plant, or solar where large swaths of land were clear cut for panels. Its BS and the consumer is lead down the primrose path by the promise of efficiency and "savings". Don't believe it.... you're getting screwed. And yeah....I tell all customers this stuff up front now, so they can't blame me when 3 years later their paying me to do a warranty swap and wrangle the manufacturer to honor their warrantee.

      @@sloppydoggy9257 the air coming out of the compressor head is extremely hot. The surface area of the tank helps cool it. Quite a lot so it’s more efficient at removing moisture. @CreativityUnleashed หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@KingKong-jg6pd are you trying to cut 90° angles or are you trying to cut more like a 45? I have never really had trouble cutting 90s with an abrasive saw but cutting 45s can be very tricky to get them to cut straight without making a bevel. Some people say a higher quality blade helps. I haven’t found one that completely gets rid of the issue though that’s one of the reason that people use metal cutting band saws or the more expensive lower RPM carbide saws.

  • @cleanmachine08
    @cleanmachine08 หลายเดือนก่อน

    Quality abrasive blades are worth it. Much higher production and minimal burr. Here in Australia I use PFERD 350mm x 2.8mm x 25.4mm for up to 5mm thick sections and get a lot of life from a blade. Cut pressure and surface velocity matter a lot. The blade needs high surface velocity to work. If the rpms drop, pause for a tiny moment and it makes a huge difference. A worn down blade also has less surface velocity and can compromise cut speed and quality.

    • @CreativityUnleashed
      @CreativityUnleashed หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@cleanmachine08 yes definitely a quality blade makes a huge difference but price isn’t the only indicator of quality. And having a cap saw where you could speed it up as the blade wears down would be helpful, but I don’t know of any

    Great video but i was thinking about welding penetration, Im not a professional but i weld alot and you do get enough penetration if you can burn through the material just adjust with power and speed right? no need to start/stop. Only time i do this technique is when the material is very thin and you have too much power

    • @CreativityUnleashed
      @CreativityUnleashed 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@danielkarlsson397 you’re right you can have it set just right but when materials are painted or dirty and when you’re gap varies quite a bit, it can be challenging to have it set just right because just right is different for every joint when there’s a lot of variables and I would rather have to stop to let it cool for a second or two, then have to keep changing the machine all the time. If your material is very clean and your route opening is consistent. You can set it just right and not need to stop. And if done right that definitely makes for a better weld.

But could you possibly route the gas line down underground to an indirect burner in a chamber with a "heat" pipe going from that chamber to the under side of the tank? Then you could use the gas to run the burner, which would heat the tank and eliminate any excess gas being let out into the atmosphere.. And it could run non-stop.. Just a thought.. Ignore if it doesn't make sense.. lol
