For military stories I would suggest anything from the fat electrician. He is a great story teller, funny, and he doesn't mind reactions, he welcomes them. If you do though, I would suggest that you don't skip his sponsor ads, often they are amusing, and they are short. And watch about 10 seconds after he says quack bang out. He often leaves a gem at the end. For music, you're on the right track 😊

@@Unstable_TV i've actually seen small channels grow reacting to this guy. Also, some of those smaller channels have said that they went from a few hundred to a few thousand likes and/or views. A lot of us enjoy watching others discover his channel. I'd suggest operation preying mantis, or world war tree. There aren't a lot of reactions to world war tree out there. Also, his video on the USS texas is very short... I think it's at most 3 minutes from his days on tic toc

early on in the First Gulf War, a reporter asked a USARMY general if the people of the USA understood the sacrifice soldiers made. This general had two active duty sons - in combat - with a DIL - in combat. He didn't miss a beat, "No, they have no idea..." Two of my sons served 8 combat tours combined. Outside the wire. Very few understand what it means to watch the news every night and wonder where your sons are. We were blessed - one scratch in all those years. My sons - and many many others - went to basic knowing they were going to war.

I’m a Texan from the USA I have every branch in my family except Coast Guard my father was 21 years army. My uncle was 31 years Air Force my husband and my son served in the Navy when my dad was being shipped out I know exactly how those kids feel, I have 10 brothers and sisters and we went through it all. It’s not just the soldiers who serve but the families as well not only does the wife have to do everything on her own but the kids have to help mom as well so they don’t get their kids time that they should get, it’s not just a soldiers it’s entire family that serves, and they do it with honor and pride, especially for the USA❤❤❤❤

Makes sense. Most people, even Americans, don't realize we Texans make up 13% of all US military. #TexanPride

4 generations in my family have served, and my oldest grandson is starting ROTC next school year and wanting an active-duty career. A military career is hard on the family too.

Another great song about the soldier's experience is: Trace Adkins "Till the Last Shot's Fired" with the West Point Glee Club. He performed this song at the Country Music Awards (CMAs). It is especially touching when you realize that the West Point Glee Club is composed of cadets from the United States Military Academy at West Point each of whom upon graduation will serve in the United States Army for at least 4 years. Trace Adkins also has a song entitled "Arlington" which is sung from the viewpoint of a soldier, killed in battle and buried at Arlington National Cemetery. It was inspired by United States Marine Corps Corporal Patrick Nixon, who died in battle in 2003.

If you want to see what happens when the soldiers return home you should watch Five Finger Death Punch doing Wrong side of heaven and Gone away. Both very moving

Our older brother and our youngest brother both served our country in the military. They both survived and came home, THEN of all things, our youngest brother was murdered at work while helping his boss close up her business for the evening by 2 armed robbers, 4 days before Christmas. P.S. Thank you both for acknowledging my request for you both showing: Lynyrd Skynyrd ~ RED WHITE AND BLUE ~ LIVE @ FREEDOM HALL. Can’t wait for you to hopefully show it.

One of the worst factors of military deployments is the family doesnt know where their loved one is going because the operations are classified. Sometimes the military member doesn't know where theyre going. I know because i spent 20 years in the USAF.

I think the biggest misunderstood part is just how many soldiers the U.S has forward deployed at all time compared to any other country. Even in non-combat zones, it quintuples literal armies.

We love ur reaction vids! My husband is retired military (Marine Corps + Army) and from the Kiowa Tribe of Oklahoma. If ur interested in learning more about the US military, check out The Warrior Tradition which tells the ongoing and relatively untold story of American Indians' military service. It's not a music video but I think you'll appreciate hearing about things like why they serve, how the Navajo language played a key role in WWII, and more. th-cam.com/video/SGAEfijaqiY/w-d-xo.htmlsi=FBpZk6Z0CSa-4RTc
