    The influence that classical music has on me is insane. I can literally do anything if you put famous classical pieces on. I feel it so incredibly much. I'm so emotionally attached to it and I find it so beautiful that I can fully connect with the music. Swan arms are the most incredible thing...

      I feel the exact same way! It’s like the music lives in my heart so that each time I hear it’s beauty, I feel so alive and like I am home. Glad you feel it too! 🥰✨💗🩰

    Every time I do this workout (and it's every day) I tear up. I stopped ballet as a teenager because the classes were cancelled in my hometown and I never stopped missing it and thinking what it could have been if I continued... Thank you, thank you for bringing back some of the sweet memories of my long lost childhood.

    I love how every time I do this I think "Oh, I'm going to have to repeat it," and then when we get to the last few flaps I think my arms might literally fall off and my upper back is definitely feeling the burn. Thank you for a great video. I look forward to it every morning.

      Oh I'm so glad you enjoy it! Port de bras (ballet arms) are so deceptive, aren't they? They look like it's not so much to do, and then your arms feel like they're about to fall off! LOL! I'm happy to know you're experiencing joy despite the work of it!

I've made an entire series of arms (port de bras) exercises for my Ballerina Body programs and they are definitely favorites for both my membership and studio clients.     That explanation bit made all the difference. :D Now I finally understood the wrist movement part of the flaps. Gorgeous outfit again. I’ll have to practice this until I feel my wings. Thank for for another great video.

      So glad you like it! This particular sequence does not have a longer version; however, my online program has many arms/upper body sequences to choose from. They are definitely a member favorite! 🥰🩰

    I'm here again. :D This has to be my favourite upper body workout. :) So relaxing at the same time. Because I decided I need to improve my arms, I will make it a challenge to do this one every day this month. We'll see ...

    This looks complicated for beginners 😮 I understand how to make “wings” with the arms. But then the exercise became something very difficult to repeat 🤯
